This was an ideal experience and I'd recommend it to anyone else looking to sell gold or jewelry.

I was reluctant to use any of them. I asked some of my friends for a referral of someone they knew to be good and trustworthy; and, I was told that Invest-a-Cast was excellent. When I dropped the piece off, I was pleased by the down-to-earth, personable help which Robbin gave me. The engraving was done exactly as I wanted; and I can honestly say that I have seldom done business with such pleasant, caring and gracious business people. I will use them for all my jewelry needs; and highly recommend them.

Not stuffy professional, but they knew their stuff and drove a hard bargain. They were also friendly and fair. I got a great deal on a PA system I have to point out. Let's be clear, they run a business and they work in an industry full of men, and dealing with men is no easy thing. I've read a review by someone else that sounded like sour grapes about not getting what they wanted from an item. If you thought you should've gotten more, then why didn't you sell it on eBay? Regardless, the store tries to do what they can, and so do the employees. I liked the fact that there were 2 women working there, and they were able to bring their children to work. Kudos to the management for saving them money on childcare. I think the ability to do so fosters a family environment and actually made me comfortable and open up.
