Everything from selling him my Rolex. replacing watch bands, batteries, even repairing my fiancé's 2.3 ct engagement ring. I had it built, and it was meant for a 1 ct stone, but I had them put a much larger one in. within a week, it had cracked the white gold, and we almost lost the stone. It was still under warrantee, but I know and trust Bedford Gold &Silver to do it correctly. So I opted instead to pay to have it done right. The work him and his team do is nothing short of fantastic. They really are artists, and very very good at what they do. And they clean it for free. Thank you, for everything Richard. I'll See you soon.

Exceptional experience - honest, educational, zero pressure…read more I stopped in to have a Rolex evaluated that I had recently purchased as an entry-level piece. Kevin, the owner, took a significant amount of time walking me through the watch in detail--its age, condition, wear patterns, polishing history, bracelet stretch, and overall authenticity--without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. What really stood out was the honesty. He had no incentive to tell me I did well on the purchase, yet he confirmed that I paid a solid price and explained, why. He also clearly explained what wear was normal, what was cosmetic, and what would (or wouldn't) be worth correcting. No upselling, no scare tactics, no pressure to trade up. Kevin went further and educated me on differences between older and newer Rolex models, case profiles, movements, sizes, and pricing tiers--especially when comparing dress models versus sports models. It felt more like a conversation with a knowledgeable collector than a sales pitch. The shop itself is impressive, with a wide range of watches and jewelry, but the real value here is trust. If you're new to watches, buying pre-owned, or just want an honest opinion from someone who knows their craft, this is the place. I'll absolutely be back when it's time for the next piece. -Nicholas

All three of my wedding sets mean so much to me! : 1. My original set... while not purchased at collections they did resize it for me and the exact gold and color was absolutely perfect! I was so nervous to let someone else have my rings in their care, but collections made me feel confident and trustworthy as opposed to weary and nervous like I would have at any big box retail store. 2. My birthday present in 2025.. after this surprise my husband went in to detail about the process he went through to make sure every detail was perfect, and it sure is perfect! From approving the mold to the final product on my finger, they truly and obviously put in a lot of work and attention to detail! 3. My "20 year" gift.. while I'm only 33, my husband and I met when I was 13 and he was 15. He wanted a piece to commemorate the journey we've been through, and my has he and Collections did an incredible job! I will always recommend collections, they care for your jewelry as it is their own, and the custom pieces I have are incredible. You can tell they have years of experience and a great team to work with!
