It all started when i bought my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. I was forced into buying insurance to drive the car off the lot. Obviously they would have a guy there waiting for a person like me to come along. Easy pickens. So i got the insurance which so happened to be Freeway. Little did i know all they gave me was comprehensive and collision. Vecause that is all i needed to drive the truck off the lot. Luttle did i know i needed liability as well. Im sure they didnt wanna throw the liability in there because it would look super expensive at the time and i might be persuaded to turn down their offer. So roughly a month or two after purchasing the vehicle i get a letter in the mail stating they are gonna pull tge vehicle regiatration due to no proof of insurance. At this point im going nuts because i knew i had been paying Freeway ontime every time. So I unhappily called Multistate which is the middle man that sold me Freeway insurances plan and chewed them out about the dmv. We went back and forth for a while when they finally noticed that I didn't have liability. I asked to add liability and they stated that I should go in person to talk to an agent at a local Freeway office instead of handling it over the phone. I have gone through a certain insurance broker for roughly ten years now and thought I would give them a call to see what kind of deal they can get me before I go talk to a Freeway agent in person. They quoted me $170 a month (I have a very rough record). I then took a drive a couple miles down the road to my local Freeway office where I was very happy and respectfully greeted by a gentleman by the name of James Zavala. He asked me how he could be of service and I gave him the low down on my record and that I needed to add liability to my policy so that the dmv can reinstate my trucks registration. He then proceeded to work magic on the computer and eventually got me all the way down to roughly $130 a month!!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!! I didn't wait one second longer! I jumped right on it. From my 10 year broker being $170 to Mr. Zavala getting it all the way down to that price!! I was so excited about the deal I ended up paying for an entire year!! I am happy I stumbled upon this Freeway office and would recommend them to anybody out there looking for honest, respectful, personable service with a smile!!! read more

I had an overall great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff and even offered and given cold water to quench my thirst due to the unbelievable California heat! Everything was quick and easy from the start. Really friendly staff, James Zavala, was able to work with me and get me lower monthly payments. Even with a speeding tickets I was able to acquire a lower payment than that from the insurance I had prior to freeway insurance. Apart from the overall great service and experience I was thrilled with having such an awesome and convenient location so close to home. I would definitely recommend Freeway Insurance to anyone looking for great and affordable auto inchurance!!!!(: read more

Such AMAZING service! So back story.... I had Veronica's Insurance and they have com to be the worst company I have ever had so rude and didn't know what they were doing. They ended up over charging me. So I have been hesitant to go back with another insurance company. I got recommended to come see Adriana Gomez by a close friend of mine. I am glad I came in Adriana was so great. She explained everything in such detail and dealt with me and all my questions with such patience. (I asked a lot of question) I got full coverage on my car and I know all my coverage's cause of how detailed she was in explaining every thing. I recommend going in and talking to Adriana she's the best. read more

So I shopped around everywhere and was given RIDICULOUS prices. I'm not gonna lie my record is HORRIBLE but seriously I'm not gonna pay $300 a month for insurance...might as well make a car payment with that. I called so many places and I was really frustrated...I was coming out of the market and saw Freeway Insurance since it's all over the radio I said what the heck. I'm so glad I did, they got me a payment of $89 a month. They were great! And Mary Lou and Cristina make you feel like youre at home. So if you got a MESSED up record...they'll get you the cheapest. read more
