We went at about 4pm and it wasn't as packed as I anticipated, based on my experiences at other local gyms. The space is made up of two large floors- the first floor houses most, if not all of their machines and in basement lives all the free weights. All the fellow gym goers followed proper cool-gym etiquette and seemed very chill (asking if your using nearby equipment, smiling and nodding, throwing in the occasional funny banter, etc). While a lot of the equipment seems a tad outdated, they still get the job done. In fact, I kind of dig the old school vibe this place has. While I have a membership at a gym only about a 10 minute drive away, I'll definitely be joining her here for an awesome super local gym experience. It's great to have a workout partner again and

This is a very shady and deceptive practice to make money although to give the appearance as if you are getting a deal. I wish I would have known that there is literally nothing in there aside form the machines, which are often not functioning as they should, and they charge more than the gyms that have saunas, pools, etc... With that being said, I gave an additional 2 stars solely for the people and trainers that work there. They are great and very helpful. I've gone a few times during the pandemic after they were allowed to open and have felt very safe and protected from virus concerns. We wait outside to be let in before class begins. However, I tried to call numerous times to reschedule a session for a better time when no one answered my various calls or returned my messages. I later received a call from Sam who accused me of not calling or leaving messages. He was rude and not helpful. Attached are photos of how many times I've called and left messages with no luck. As a patron of this business I would have appreciated not to be made out as a liar. Instead, it would have been great for them to understand that they actually do not have someone by the phones at all times and try to accommodate my appointment for my final two sessions that I paid for since this was an error on their part. Moral of my story- the customer should not be penalized for not using up the sessions in the package during the mandated timeframe when no one answers the phone when you call to set up an appointment. I would say, if you want flexibility and customer service this is not the place for you. They cheated my sister out of two sessions when we paid for 5. Put your time and money elsewhere.
