You cannot beat the price and the littles have so much fun running, jumping, rolling around, etc.! The staff is awesome- engaging in classes & even the free for all events I previously mentioned. Their classes are high energy & FUN! The staff is accessible through email and they answer promptly which is a huge PLUS for me. I also like that you pay monthly ($120ish/month) so if you need to cancel, you're not stuck paying an exorbitant amount for classes you can no longer attend. For personal reasons I had to unenroll my daughter & they refunded me even tho they did NOT have to. I'm really appreciative of that & will definitely return!

No seating provided for adults, no help from employees for party setup or handing out food. I was told I could hand my decor to an employee who will set it up, which I did, but it was not set up by the time we got back from the gym and there was no one even in the room. The playtime in the gym was not at all facilitated or organized as they said it would be, it was basically just like an open play session. The employees seemed like they've never worked with children before, and seemed bothered to be doing so. If you are looking for a venue to take the stress out of planning, I would not recommend this gym for a birthday party. That being said, thankfully the kids had a great time because we finally broke the "no adults on the floor" rule and started making the fun for them.

It's not a gym you join and go work out, it's a personal training playground. A myriad of trainers set you up to meet your personal goals. I've not tried any but have been approached by some to test drive a session. Right now I'm there for the row. In a separate room Row45 has two rows of rowers for group rowing . It's a workout for those of us who avoid high impact and want flexibility and strength training. There are those who are naturally strong and those that are naturally fast and those that are naturally flexible. This work out gives you what you need to level up. Beth is awesome at coaching you into perfect form. I love her energy. Kelly has been a collegiate rower so you feel you are part of a team. She has a fresh approach. Both have been my go to "coaches" in my journey up stream. There are two locations tI've been to and prefer the room at their Jericho studio.

I rocked a virtual TRX class with Mike (cuz I'm stuck all the way in Chicago and the commute would be hell), and he killed it. The video quality and sound was great, and the camera was in the perfect place. Too many times virtual classes are an afterthought during live classes, but Mike's cues and demos of the moves made it super easy to follow along. We rocked intervals with moves at our own pace, and then returned to the moves moving in unison together as a group (think 3 seconds up, 1 second down, etc.). It gave us a real chance to master the moves while burning out the correct muscle group. The playlist kicked ass, I appreciated the modifications offered, and it was a full body workout. Final verdict? Virtual workouts done right. Now get your ass to virtual class!
