The installers were completely incompetent and they hooked up the water but not the drain so when we first used the washer, it resulted in water running down to the first floor through the ceiling. We finally found Appliance Grandmasters, who came out and fixed the stove. Turns out, the problem was that the fan had been damaged during transit! The repairman was able to fix it in 15 minutes! When service was initially refused, I hand delivered a letter, asking both the manager and the Watson owners for help in getting it repaired or replaced. They refused this request for help, not with the courtesy or courage to make the call themselves, but through a salesperson, saying that the remedy was "...out of their hands, there was nothing they could do." After filing a claim with the NC Consumer Protection Division, Watson's stated in a letter to the CPD that they had offered help....really??? Why would I file a complaint if they had offered to help and the repair had taken place ? The letter was filled with totally underhanded and bold faced lies.
