I took it in to be tailored as it was a bit over sized. When told that wasn't something he wanted to tackle.. I asked to have a zipper installed as I am a disabled vet and had problems with the original snaps... long story short he removed my snaps (The zipper was behind so no need) installed fake "Rivets" and didn't even seat/secure them with a tool..just pushed them in "Plugged" the hole with them. Well I lost two of them the first night I wore it. I found them on the floor. I ordered a tool to see if I could seat them, but I bought cheap wrong dies that wouldn't work. The second night worn, the zipper tore loose from the hand stitch. All in all this was beyond a shoddy rushed job that I waited over a month for. I paid $200 for the coat and $150 for this "Work". I didn't take it back and complain, I figured this is the work they do and didn't want to wait weeks again to wear a football jacket when the season is about over. I know how to sew (Thanks grandma) so I will take the $150 loss and just do all the work all over myself. So maybe I got a bad day job, I don't know...but I am throwing this out there to all. If it happened to me with my prize item..I would think hard about giving them your item. I am adding pictures of rivet heads, holes in jacket and zipper and stitching.

I have not had the experience described because I only go there when the owner Steve had notified me to come pick up the shoes. He knows a good amount about shoe repair. I have been to sarges shoe repair and find their prices consistently higher than the prices that I get here. To resole a shoe at Sarges cost me $60 whereas I only spent $40 here. The hours are challenging as I leave before this place opens and comes home after it closes and Steve is willing to work with me.

I told my husband just to pick them up and I would take them somewhere else. When he did, they told him that we were impatient! A month and I'm impatient? Customer service is a failure and their turnaround is beyond ridiculous. They may do great work when completed (obviously, because they are still in business) but by the reviews you'll never know because they can't deliver on time or as promised. The customer doesn't always have to be right but the customer should receive some level of professional courtesy from a business especially when the customer extends it even after walking away with unfinished goods and bad customer service!

My average rating is ~3.4 out of 5, and I hereby give one of my rate 5-star ratings to Wyatt. They can do most anything, so check out their web page. Lots of services. Wife has a pair of quality leather sandals that needed straps repaired and it was done, professionally, without any issues. They also have quite a selection of shoe laces. A minor point but shoe laces are hard to find and harder to find a selection of options. This is a family operation and so is the atmosphere. They know their trade, so do not hesitate to come in.

They said it must have been there before I dropped them off but I know my shoes (I always have them in their own cloth bags) and that wasn't there before. However on a good note they did repair the shoes where they were worn down. Hoping they age well. The only other issue I had with them is that when I texted them a photo of my shoes they quoted me $20 but when I brought them in, he said his dad must have seen the picture and only saw that the heel was worn and needed replacing so my bill ended up being a total of $149.82 with tip because they require payment ahead of time so I was hoping they would do an amazing job. Now, I wish I would have waited to give them a tip after the job being done. Anywho. I'm grateful for the work done but just don't appreciate the switch up in price and a permanent stain now on my shoes and them blaming me for it.
