I needed to find a trustworthy auto shop in Moscow for my son, who's away at college and drives…read morehome to Seattle from time to time. I reached out to The Hive Auto Repair, and from the very first conversation with Sivan, I felt completely at ease. They were able to get my son in quickly, which was a huge relief because he'll be on the road soon. During the oil change, Sivan and his team noticed a couple of things that needed attention and took care of them right away. I really appreciated how clear and honest they were throughout the process. As a mom, knowing there's a reliable place my son can go to if anything ever comes up means everything. I hope we don't have to go back anytime soon, but if we do, I'm glad to know The Hive is there. Great service, fast turnaround, and genuinely good people.

LOL at this repair shop. First off, they are extremely overpriced. I feel like an idiot getting…read morefixes on my car here. I spent over $4,000 for a new power steering pump, alignment, and they somehow found that my steering was still not straight (even though it was not an issue before) so they called me and told me everything they needed to do. Since I travel for work 5 days a week, I felt I had no choice but to let them continue and finish the service. When I brought the final cost and services to a different auto repair shop, they felt so bad for me for spending the money I did. That's when I knew I made a big, big mistake. They also don't have an issue pressuring you into making sure they get to work on your car. They want to overcharge and take advantage of people who have little to no car maintenance experience. They also take too long to get simple repairs done. I had my car dropped off for the above service. During that time, I needed to get a rental because they didn't have any loaner cars available (according to them). They promised me it would only take 2 days. I called every day for 4 days and then they changed the pick up day/time for the following day. Finally was ready. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! I drove about 5 miles and started hearing noises as I drove on the main road. I took it back and they said my struts were worn out and they needed to be replaced. I asked them how did they not catch that during my initial service? They told me they didn't hear anything during the test drive and they didn't do anything to those parts of the car. BULLCRAP! They did a wheel alignment (or did they?). I took it to Les Schwab and they said my struts were fine that they were just loose and they did what they did for free and sent me on my way. My assumption for that is they want to take their sweet a$$ time so they can charge more for labor costs. So many issues with this crap auto repair company. I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting services done here to go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else in Moscow or Pullman. Heck, travel to Spokane/CDA if you have to. It will save you so much time, money and frustrations!

I've had nothing but good to say about this repair shop!…read moreVery efficient, quality service and super pleasant to work with. I feel fortunate to have a shop so close to Winchester that I trust. I've been going to them for a few years now.

I have to leave a high rating because Dave & Patty were more than accommodating. We broke down…read moreafter Whitebird and our transmission wouldn't shift out of first when in drive. Dave quickly found that the output shaft speed sensor was chewed up & broken despite zero computer codes being thrown. Parts were not available for days but Patty made dozens of phone calls to help us and even arranged a free ride for us to a Uhaul location half an hour away. After a little googling, I found that if the speed sensor was chewed then it probably meant internal components of the transmission were hitting it and it was likely to chew up a new one. Dave said this was possible. We decided to gift the car to the neighbor who gave us the free ride and we hooked the Uhaul to our trailer and headed for Boise. We made it fine and traded our 26' box truck for a 10' and we are back in vacation mode. Without the help of Patty & Dave, we would have ended our vacation right there. I didn't care about the car, it was 2007 with high mileage so I'm happy if it goes to a new home. While in town, we went across the street for coffee & breakfast and we had a few beers and shot pool at the local watering hole. I felt like everyone in this town were generally good people and I appreciated that. Thanks for putting up with us for a couple days Craigmont.
