Then we were told we needed a new radiator to make the warranty on the transmission good. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told the O2 sensor was bad. Told them we would change it. Guess what? Problem not fixed $7K later. Took it somewhere else. They replaced the plugs. Also found the wires going to O2 sensor were pinched and was cut from installing the transmission. My advise is run, very, very fast in the other direction.

I took my aerostar van there because the tranny seemed to sometimes slip a little... after checking…read moreit out, they said it was was overheating and needed a new radiator (funny thing I had never noticed it overheating) but I accepted the diagnosis and paid over $600 for the work to be done! 2 or 3 weeks later we drove to Seattle to visit relatives and on the way back the Van started steamming like a locomotive and overheated. We had to get it towed back from Othello to Lewiston. I took it to another shop in town who said it had overheated and blew the head gasket $3500 estimate to fix it! When I called Peterson's the boss got on the phone and said "there was no guarantee on the work they had done"! My problem is I had NEVER had a overheating problem until they worked on it!!! NEVER AGAIN
