Lewis Clark Auto Sales is AMAZING!!!. Everyone my Husband and I came in contact with tonight went above and beyond for us. We traveled all from Garfield after work and made it there 10min before they closed but they were more then helpful. No one was upset or in a hurry to leave. They took their time to answer all out questions about the SUV we were looking at. The salesman went over the Car fax with us and then waited while we took it for a 30min test drive. When we got back the salesman took time to go over more question and gave us a great deal!!! The salesman was so nice, not pushy, very knowledgeable, friendly and not rushed to close. We had such a great experience. My husband and I have been looking for a car for a while now and have not had the greatest experiences. But that was not the case here!! I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport on May 24,2019 in Lewiston, ID from Brandon Ohlson with Lewis-Clark Auto Sales. At first, I thought the sales guys at Lewis Clark Auto Sales were great. They told me the car passed their inspection, they'd been driving it locally and said it was in great shape. Actually, by the time I got it back to Spokane (two hour drive) a tire was separating because the car was so far out of balance. In addition, the rear brakes were completed worn out. When the transfer case gave out one month later, they refused to help me out. They bought the car at auction knowing that it had been previously auctioned by a Spokane dealer who didn't want it on their used car lot; they're licensed dealers who should know when a car has issues, and protect their customers from not only expensive repairs, but also potential safety issues. I'm a very disappointed customer. By the way, CARFAX is a joke. The car I bought also had it's transmission replaced and there was no record of that; I wouldn't have bought the car knowing that. read more
