Rogers is a great dealership to work with. They stand behind what they sell and I have experienced…read morethat after purchasing multiple vehicles from them. I would highly recommend Cody Newman if you're looking for a fair and knowledgeable salesman that has your best interest in mind.

After buying 4 vehicles from this dealership over the past 6 years, I am extremely disappointed…read morewith my experience and how I was treated as a repeat customer. I kept coming back because I believed in supporting a dealership I had done business with before. Unfortunately, every vehicle I purchased ended up having issues, and I never felt like the dealership truly stood behind me after the sale. Be aware of the financial department and all there aggressive forced upselling . I had a 40K truck end up at 59k for no reason. I can account for about 7K of it in upgrades I did but where they did the rest come from!???? Who knows. Thanks for taking advantage of someone just getting out of a car accident and needing a truck to play a game and take advantage of a customer. Shame on you Roger's Toyota. How about you have some compassion for a customer since 2020? Not play games and just bully them into wasting money they didn't need to. When I came back to purchase my 5th vehicle, I expected honesty and appreciation for years of loyalty. Instead, I felt like I was just another sale. The process left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of rather than treated like a valued customer. I feel like the customer care has slowly went away and it's become more pushy and not as much of hometown feel like it used to be. On top of that, the finance experience was frustrating. There was a strong push for expensive extended warranties and additional products that many customers may not actually need or understand the long-term cost of. These add-ons can quickly increase the price of a vehicle, and customers should feel informed--not pressured--when making those decisions. After 4 purchases and years of giving this dealership my business, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, they have lost a long-time customer. I recommend anyone shopping here to carefully review every fee, warranty, and add-on before signing anything. Then I was told my last Tacomas problems were all my fault and they didn't want to take are of it! I had to end up going to another Toyota dealer and they went about and beyond to help me out! Shame on you Rogers Toyota management team for not doing the right thing . I can't in my human nature refer anyone to sales here. If they would of even took some ownership for selling me a 2025 Tacoma with a ton of issues and offered to help with Toyota on the issues that would of been appreciated, but I I was left feeling I helped!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Heritage Auto Repair…read more We brought in our 2018 Nissan Murano because of a screeching noise. Heritage diagnosed the problem as a serpentine belt and tensioner and charged us over $560 to replace them. The very next morning the exact same noise returned. When we contacted them again and sent a video, they told us it was actually a wheel bearing issue and quoted another $1,150 for repairs. At this point we lost confidence and sought another opinion. A different shop diagnosed the actual problem immediately: the transfer case, which explained the noise and the acceleration issues. So to summarize: * Heritage charged us $560 for a repair that did not fix the problem * They then misdiagnosed the issue again as wheel bearings * The real issue was the transfer case, which they completely missed What is most concerning is that they were prepared to perform another $1,150 repair that would not have solved the problem either. Good mechanics diagnose problems before charging customers for unnecessary work. This experience felt like guessing at repairs while the customer pays the bill. I would recommend anyone experiencing drivetrain or noise issues get a second opinion before authorizing repairs here.
