We're hoping at some point they will branch out to McFarland, Monona or east Madison as it's about a 30 minute drive for us to get to any of there locations. I'm not sure if it's always like this, or maybe it was off the top of the batch and the "creamy" and dripped to lower parts. Don't get me wrong - it tasted good. We'll see how it is next time I'm there! Overall, a good BBQ stop.
