Days later I had to call him, I and got him on the phone and he did emial me a list of Spas they had available but with very little information about them. The next day I sent an few questions about a spa I was interest but a week later I had no response. I sent 2 more emails but apparently Jim is to busy to worry about selling a 30k spas because I got ghosted. I got much better service down the road at Advanced Pools and Spas "the owner is also the sales person" and would recommend starting there first. I can see why this business gets such subpar ratings.

Jim came out and taught us what the equipment does and how to work it, how to take care of everything and what it does. We took pictures and samples to Jims and got a complete care process. We followed his instructions and 2 days later we were in the pool - crystal clear. Jim even called to follow up and make sure we were all set. Kathy is a sweetheart and always takes the time to hear me out or talk to my toddler. The owners are incredibly difficult to do business with…read more I contracted them for pool closing 2 years in a row. Each year, it is incredibility difficult to get a price up front. They always seem to run into issues and have to increase the price after they do the work. In addition, the the prices have increased 100% year over year; which I feel is unrealistic and this always occurs after the work. It is like they magically run into problems and have to increase the price. And, finally, it is super hard to get a consistent schedule with them. They always have a week window. For pool closing, there is preparation work on the home owner's side. Ideally, you would do this the night before; so debris has less time to enter the pool before it is officially closed.
