They completed about 50% of the already mulched areas and called the job finished. When I brought this up I was told that we did not agree to this and they only do what is asked- nothing more. To finish the job they were trying to shake me down for another $350. For starters I was crystal clear about what the job entailed, and why did they do 50% of it if this was not part of the job? I think they just ran out of mulch and figured it was too much time, money, and effort to complete. Also, the weeding job was incomplete and they finished more than a week later than what I was first told. I can't recommend dishonest businesses.

He was very friendly and positive , told my wife he was available right then to stop by and bid the job. We made an appointment for the following week, low and behold he called us back that same evening and had moved some jobs around and that they were able start the next morning (today) . We were not only very pleased by the fair price , we didn't even call anyone else for a bid . They arrived on time this morning, knocked out the job swiftly as well as did extra maintenance that I was going to have to do. I'm older and suffering with a bad knee. That made my day a lot easier.WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH MANUEL AND HIS STAFF THAT I WILL HAVE BACK AGAIN , I will recommend him and his company to everyone I know.. Thank you very much . George and Teree

Before that happened they cracked the ramp to my shed when they were cutting down my tree. Manuel's excuse was, "I didn't know how to take it off." They did not clean up any of the sawdust from cutting down the tree. Then they overcharged me to trim my IVY. They used the wrong equipment and just grazed over it which took off basically nothing. Then he gave me the bill and left me to spend days trimming it property with the right hand clippers. Completely unpleasant experience. My neighbor reached out of Manuel to clean up his palm tree and Manuel won't even return his call because he is afraid to show his face near my house after he ripped me off and screwed up my yard. He has also ghosted me after texting him to fix my ramp. Manuel is super shady and his workers are sub par.
