Even though I've had a FreedomVoice account for a while I never really "got into it" to see what all it can do until just recently as I'm now in a position to open my new business location. The options fit our needs perfectly, the cost is low, and there's no need to go with a PBX system as you can do a lot through Weblink. Everything we need is all available. I can't see having to deal with anything else. FreedomVoice saves me money, time, costs of hardware and the people to run it because I don't have time for it. Plus, using the app to place outgoing calls from my cell phone under the business number is fabulous. I'm always able to be connected to my business lines and not lose any customers because I'm not there to answer the phone. Plus, the fax line added to my account and the ability to send and receive faxes via the account through the computer helps save a lot of trees and works wonderfully! Customer service and technical support are top notch, take the time to walk you through doing things yourself, and even doing it for you if you're a little too busy. They have patience and have all been super friendly. This is my second time using Freedom Voice's company for my businesses. This second time I'm utilizing more of what they have to offer via additional services and have thus far been impressed. I always base a company like this on their customer service. And my reason for that is, I'm sure there are a ton of companies that can offer a service and have it go off without a hitch but, what will they do when does not? Or when it breaks etc... most companies have shit customer service departments and it just leaves you feeling frustrated and stuck. Our insurance agency has had 5 800#s with freedom voice for years (5 i believe, ) and the specifics of what we wanted each line to do were higly varied. In every instance except one, when I wanted to change something or needed technical support.. the situation was resolved on the first call and in a timely manner. (The only multi call instance was due to another company not wanting to play nice) The fact that FV is a local company did factor into my original decision to go with this company.. but now it clearly was just a wise decision all the way around. We have been using this service for over 5 years. Excellent value! Costs us about $10 a month plus a per minute charge for an 800 number (we have low usage). The 800 number doubles as both voice and fax number and we have 8 voicemail boxes setup. Easy to setup. They do offer more services if you want them to record a professional message. This is a great fit for our business that no longer has a brick and mortar / formal office. We went virtual. No phone system to manage. Their system gives you the option to setup each extension to auto forward to individual cell phones. If the extension does not answer, the message that the caller leaves is forwarded as an audio file via e-mail. I would strongly recommend this service to any of my friends and peers. read more
