Most of these gyms are the same footprint. Same machines. Same quality. Friendly folks. This gym is infact that. I have the program through your insurance that gives you access to 15k+ gyms for 25 bucks a month. It is very much worth it if you travel or just want gym variety in your own town. What I really like about this gym is the footprint. Everything has plenty of space around it. Most if not all the machines were maintained. Didn't smell, and everything you want for in a nice gym. If I'm back in town, y'all will see me again.

Even though lol even though I have not had a chance to make a class, but just getting the emails, updates, new health tips, meetings and travel I am just amazed at how much they are involved in your health and wanting you to be in the know of every step they make. I am disappointed in the Planet Fitness franchise and this location in particular…read more They allow "their" personal trainer to hold machines for a scheduled class from 12:00 (noon) to 12:30 p.m. When I was there on this day between 11:00 and 11:15 a.m. said trainer had the "reserved" sign up and there was no class nor participants. I ignored the sign but then decided to ask the staff for clarification. I know how to substitute exercises for the machines I supposedly can't use, but this is a VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I have been a Planet Fitness member for a few years and have always been an advocate of the franchise. I will no longer be a proud member of the franchise and will never give a positive "word of mouth" for it.

"it's not my problem your daughter can't show up when she's supposed to." They were completely unsympathetic towards my child's needs. They will continually charge your card until you get on their little website and stop service. Apparently verbal indication from a parent or guardian is not enough. There are so many other better places to bring your child other than this place. Not to mention the nepotism and favoritism is something you would only expect to see in a soap opera. Update: I've been waiting over a week for the owner to call me about this issue to no avail.
