At a cost of…read more$25 for one session at "light", the results are very poor quality and the staff don't really seem to be very well educated on the process. This unit is one where you undress then stand in an upright cylinder (no, it's not fully enclosed for those of you who are clostrophobic) and once the process begins an automated voice will instruct you as to which pose you should strike and hold. The attendant gave me a quick lesson on what positions I should use - how to hold my hands when facing each direction. However, I had researched the process on the Internet before my session and when I asked about using the eye covers, she said "We don't do that here. Just close your eyes.". She did provide a hairnet and some solution to put on my palms, nails, and the bottom of my feet to avoid tanning them. Complaints: 1. My eyes were very dry, scratchy and sensitive for about 24 hours after the treatment. Maybe they SHOULD use the eye covers. 2. I don't like breathing in the chemicals, but there is no way to avoid it. 3. The floor of the tanning cylinder is somewhat slippery. 4. The resulting tan was very uneven. Face and tops of hands were very dark - hands unnaturally so - and orangey. Calf area was too light. No problems with knees and elbows, though. I suspect the areas I had moisturized that morning (face hands) "took" the tan better than other places. 5. The dry process doesn't thoroughly dry you. I had to re-dress still damp. Got all over my clothes, but does seem to wash out. 6. Though I did as instructed with the "do not tan" solution, the bottoms of my feet did tan -- a bunch! Seemed to work OK on my palms and nails. 7. There is no way to control the level of tan for each area of the body. I would prefer darker on my legs and lighter on my hands and face. 8. Two days later, the tan had faded significantly. For my money, I will purchase a high quality self tan solution and apply myself so I can control the amount of product, reapply as needed, and not expose my eyes and lungs to harsh chemicals. Other areas of the gym appeared to be very upscale and the pool area was very nice. Again, this recommendation is based solely on the spray tan process they use.

Mrs. Henderson was able to answer my questions for the ladies that I was working with that were homeless and where they could get started. She has helped one of my daughters who struggled with the course by offering a refresher curiculum. This started off as a 14 day CNA course for her, but she needed more time to complete due to having a newborn. The school is set up like a healthcare center with medical equipment that students need in order to be familiar with how to aid their patients. The testing material coincides with the state material. Prometric is the name of the study material. This is a course that takes dedication. I have tried to spread the word about this school so much that I became excited and enrolled. They have day and evening classes that require Zoom. Students just have to be dedicated, as to anything in order to make it. I too will be a Certified Nurse just in a matter of two weeks! My only real complaint that keeps it from being 5 stars is the rifle range. It was not designed for medium range/combat rifles like AR-15s/etc (the most popular rifle in America). There's a very restrictive 'cone' you have to shoot through and it seems designed for long range, 5-round max hunting rifles were in mind rather than things like AR-15s. Would recommend setting up at least a couple 'open' booths like the pistol range has. So I can't really shoot my standard 30 round mag kinda rifles here, only come for the pistol range which is sad. Note, not sure why it says I'm in the shitty city of SF ... I live near Tyler.

I boarded my horses at this facility under a self-care arrangement, where I personally handled all…read moreof their feeding and care. For the first several months, things went smoothly. However, during my final month there, the owner began doing the feeding himself for other boarders, and that's when serious issues started. While driving a four-wheeler around with open buckets of feed, portions of that feed were dropped right outside my horses' pens. Both of my horses have genetic muscle disorders and are highly sensitive to high-sugar, high-starch, and gluten-containing feeds. Even small amounts can make them sick. After this change in routine, my mare colicked twice in two weeks. When I tried to address these concerns calmly, the environment became increasingly uncomfortable. From the start, I was treated poorly -- the owner openly told others not to like me -- and it only worsened when I advocated for my horses' dietary needs. To make matters worse, when I left the property, I was accused of taking a water trough that I had originally brought with me. Thankfully, several people could confirm that it belonged to me. If your horses have any medical or dietary sensitivities, or if you prefer a respectful, drama-free environment, I would be cautious about boarding here. Always put every instruction and agreement in writing and keep records of your own equipment and feed.
