We kept getting updates saying they would be there in 5 minutes, then 3 minutes, then 4 minutes, then 5 minutes again. Our car was dead in below freezing weather. I'm convinced now that this company is a scam. After an hour and a half, still nobody had showed up. We finally got through to our insurance who got us a different company, this one was another 90 minutes out. We lost feeling in our fingers and toes. With the last of our phone battery, we had a friend pick us up and take us home. Who knows if we'll ever see that car again. Don't bother calling these people. "Open 24 hours" is bs. The phone rings and rings until you hear a beep, then it drops your call. Every single time. You guys are crooks. Genuinely, who raised you? In this kind of weather with kids in the car, who knows what could have happened. Shame on you.

She parks her car in an handicapped parking spot facing her apartment. Today she realized her car was missing- She assumed her handicap parking placard must have fell off. She was charged $300 to pickup her car ( $200 for towing and $50/day for storage). The apartment complex was able to reduce it to $200. That's $200 for a 26min ( 2 way) towing ride. It was at least 95 degrees outside, and I called Bandit Towing to see if they would be able to send someone out to get me. When I made the call, it was 5:05 P.M., and I was sure it would be a long night. I was worried about the dogs being out in the heat for so long. Bill arrived, loaded my vehicle, let me and the dogs get in the cab of his truck where it was cool, and delivered us smoothly to our front door at 6:33 P.M. No, really. One hour and 28 minutes from initial contact to the front door. There was pleasant conversation all the way home; my dogs loved him (you can tell a lot about people by how your dog behaves around them, you know, lol). I highly recommend this business. You'll be in good hands, and feeling safe in an unexpected and stressful situation is nice.

They saved the day for me in a potentially dangerous situation and, for that reason, they will forever be in my contacts! My two kids and I were on the way to an outing in Morrisville with my son's friends. I was just driving along when, out of nowhere, the Tesla in front of me slammed on brakes suddenly. Without a moment to think, I had to quickly swerve to avoid hitting the Tesla. The good news is that I was successful in missing the Tesla. The bad news is that the road had no shoulder and my car ended up on a steep incline where I did not feel safe enough to move the car or exit it. My motherly instinct kicked in and I dialed 911 to play it safe. The police and fire personnel arrived and agreed that I had made the right decision to call for help given that my car could have tipped over. The police called Further Towing & Recovery to assist. Travis of Further Towing & Recovery arrived quickly (within just a few minutes from the time of the call for help) and immediately got to work. Travis was courteous, professional, but most of all very knowledgeable. You could tell this wasn't his "first rodeo" with this type of emergency situation. He understood the assignment, promptly assessed the situation, hooked my car up to his wrecker, and safely pulled it off this dangerous incline without causing any damage to my car. Because he seemed so confident in his skills and abilities, the kids and I felt relieved. I was extremely grateful for his services to say the least. He was done with the job in less than 10 minutes it seemed. After the rescue, Travis spoke with me in such a polite and understanding manner. In my view, Travis is like a superhero! Seriously! Without hesitation, I would absolutely recommend Travis at Further Towing & Recovery for all your towing needs. Travis and Further Towing & Recovery will definitely be on speed dial for me in case I have any towing needs in the future!
