This towing company is a scam artist, they towed my car in Walmart because I left it in a curbside pickup. They wanted me to pay cash up front $150.00 to payment . Since I just picked up my items and was only gone for 15 minutes There were no warnings and the tower was rude and he just took it right away By the time I got cash, he was gone. So I had to get a ride to pick my Car and it came to $ 280.00,and when I had picked it they let me in the lot was muddy and had potholes. read more

My boat axles were broke and I needed a flat bed to get her home. They were on time and the driver was as careful as he could be but accidents do happen. 2 parts were broken by trying to get the boat on the flat bed. The driver told me he would take care of it and HE DID! I sent him what the replacement items were and within hours i had tracking info. I would highly use them and suggest them. read more

Allan's Towing was caught by my home security camera on Saturday, November 24th at 2:17PM trespassing on my property. Allan's Towing came onto my property without my permission to recover a US Postal carrier truck that got stuck trying to drive across my front yard. I called the number on Allan's truck that my camera recorded to understand the situation and verify the name of a manager at 1:30AM, Sunday Nov. 25th once I arrived home from traveling over the holidays. The website stated they have 24/7 service but the man who answered the phone said, "...you woke me up and I don't know what you are talking about, call back at another time, I'm sleep...". The rude man hung up without providing the name of a manager I could contact the later in the day, Sunday, Nov. 25th. In summary, this is neither a professional nor 24hr. towing company. I will continue my inquiry to ensure they take responsibility for the damage they caused to my lawn by towing a US Postal truck across my yard WITHOUT my consent to be on my property. read more

William was the first tow person to arrive. While William was messing with my car he ended up flattening my tire and cracking my wheel drum. Neither were messed up before they arrived. When I called to express my concern the woman in front office was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called back to get her name she says we don't give out names. Unauthorized pick up of RV at Walmart parking lot when other RV and Semi trucks were there. We visited our son and parked there for a few hours when we came back theRV was gone. Then we found out Alan's Towing had it about five miles up the road. They demanded $825 cash or debit with 4 percent fee. This was the last money we had for fuel to get back home. These people should never be allowed to drive ever. On 9/13/18 at around 10:30pm on I95 after Fayetteville North bound, there were 2 flat bed tow trucks speed the the far left lane above 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit. They were weaving in and out of traffic and high beaming slower vehicles in there way. They almost hit several vehicles trying to squeeze past them. I'm surprised they did not kill anyone. If this is how they drive, they must damage vehicle they tow. I'm surprised they are not out of business. They probably doing something illegal. The 2 vehicle with the Alan's logo seemed to be driving several feet from each other. read more

My wife and I were traveling to our granddaughter's graduation in Greenville, NC. We were towing our Fifth Wheel Camper with our truck when the hydraulic clutch system failed. We were just able to pull off the interstate enough to clear the lane. We had AAA and called them. That was not a favorable experience due to their lack of service. We called Allan's Towing in Raleigh since they were close to Crossroad Ford Dealer in Apex that was going to service the truck. Both companies gave excellent service and their employees were exemplary. Allan's Towing had to send 2 tow trucks (1 for truck and 1 for RV). They were very responsive and let my wife sit in their truck with A/C running on the hottest day in June while connecting each to safely tow to the location. The 2 men were meticulous with every detail to safely secure both for transport on the interstate. We could not have been blessed with a better team to step into our dilemma and provide great care and respect for our situation. What was to be a 4 hr trip was a 13 hr day and their service was the best part of the day after placing several calls to obtain a trustworthy service that delivered what they promise. Had a vehicle eligally towed by this company. Even the police department said they eligally tow, but since it was a private parking lot each vehicle owner had to file against the tow company. The shopping center property manager said they didn't have authorization to tow. The department store said they had no athority to tow. The manager of the tow company said the car sat in a lot for 3 days, I had video proof it sat for 3 hrs in a shopping center. When I tried to talk to him he was rude and unprofessional. He said "Are you calling me a lier" even when I tried showing him date /time stamped proof he was lieing. This tow company is a predatory tow company that takes advantage of people.
