We were on a very tight schedule to get the paperwork we needed and make it to another appointment with the specialist in Meridian. There were some insurance requirements that were holding it up and almost made it impossible to get to both doctors offices, but between Mindy, Sophia and Zayra, we got exactly what we needed right on time. I've never met office staff who were so nice and accommodating and caring. On top of that, Mindy was fantastic, took care of us, didn't push and got us exactly what we needed. Thank you!

I later saw that my insurance was billed for services that didn't occur. This happened twice, a few days apart. Again, no physical assessment of any kind. Additionally, three additional immediate five star reviews were quickly posted so I personally might be a bit cautious about where those came from. OP: I thought I was starting up with an established primary care provider. The signs on the building were temporary and removable. Did the initial appointment and bloodwork. They scheduled a follow up in two weeks. In the meantime I did some research and clinics by the same name in other states had terrible reviews and said it was a scam to sell supplements and weight loss surgeries. I went back to see what happened. They reviewed my results and presented a list of supplements I needed that I would be able purchase at the front counter. Keep in mind, I am on prescriptions for daily multivitamins, daily prenatal vitamins (not pregnant, for folic acid), and vitamin B-12. I didn't go back.

My migraines have been out of control lately so two weeks ago I made a couple urgent mobile health appointments. 1: I just got a call today, the day before my appointment, that they don't do migraine infusions at home. Even though it clearly states they do it on their website. I made the appointment two weeks ago. I even called them last week to let them know I have two insurances and gave them that information. So the fact that they waited until the day before to cancel my appointments is so frustrating on multiple levels. 2: They need to stop calling themselves 'urgent' medicine. They are not urgent. Their appointments are at least a week out if not 1.5-2 weeks out. I'm really upset by this experience. Especially when I was counting on those migraine infusions which I need in between my infusions I get at the hospital. Horrible business ethics.
