Really really LOVE this new military style Coffee shop. It's super cute the way they decorated it, used military grade equipment to do the walls & custom lighting etc., They have some really cool oversized black & white vintage photography on the walls. Very creative & thought provoking. I really dig it OuiOui. It's also super clean, I mean spotless. The seating areas are all brand new also. Couches, chairs, furniture that are super comfortable, some perfect to use your laptop in. Yay!!! They have it all. A giant table for a group or meeting with a long bench on one side. While I was there, two super cute top gun lookin dudes came up & was like "hey can we join you?" Why yes! YES! Please do. And they did. OuiOui. (Swoon) There are also some cute, smaller seating arrangements, one has a big coffee table with a drawer full of games & coloring books for the kids. Then, there are some really cool mod high tops by the windows so you can people watch. It was a monsoon while I was there, I was nice & dry inside & the lady that works there made me the most beautiful, perfect cappuccino I have had maybe, ever. I ordered a small cappuccino with Whole Milk. It was just strong enough without being too heavy, topped with tons of perfect foam. Delightful. The best Cappuccino I think I have ever had in my life. In fact, I went back & told her how perfect it was & how much I enjoyed it, that she made the foam perfect. She told me another lady tells her that also. hahah. Mission Complete Captain! Arrrr! Stopped in after going to the store. The atmosphere is very welcoming and is a fairly open concept with little privacy because of the way the seats are. It seems to be veteran owned. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The drinks were amazing and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back when in town. read more

When I first came here I was a little skeptical. I expect the coffee to be similar to the coffee guy, or the drowsy poet neither of which I like. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this coffee was! The flavor was great and my latte was impeccable. Today, I came in struggling with my four month old baby who is teething really bad. I started crying and the lady behind the counter offered me a hug that I very much needed. To say the service was outstanding would be an understatement. Today and every other time I've been in. You will be getting my business now on my target runs rather than the Starbucks next-door! And if the lady that gave me a hug sees this, that hug helps far more than you know. read more

Perfect cup of coffee and Margo was great too. Had a decaf americano with an extra shot of decaf and extra extra room for honey and cream. Yeah, you can check my man card. Lots of room to stretch out. Veteran owned and operated. Owner was an Air Force TacP and holds PTSD therapy sessions in the shop after hours, which makes this even better. Will be back. read more

The coffee was really good and reasonably priced! I also tried a very tasty scone. The service was outstanding. I waited a few minutes to meet a friend and as a female veteran I appreciated that they asked everybody if they served (not just the males, like a lot of other establishments do) as they are veteran owned, they offer a discount for veterans. After seeing my husband serve his 20 years and knowing the times were not pleasant at times! This coffee shop truly has been blessed and prayed over by many who walk in their shop! So great to have this option for coffee in North Pensacola. Delicious coffee served by friendly staff who provide quick service and smiles. This small business is very clean and conveniently located in the shopping center. Frappes, iced coffees and cups of regular java are all are excellent and reasonably priced. Their muffins are delicious as well. Have not tried their scones or biscotti. I really love & appreciate their main mission of providing support for PTSD programs for our veterans.
