I love that this is a small family business. From the very first call Advanced Cleaning Systems were prompt and professional. I described my house and carpet. I was given a quote and we set up a time. I immediately received a confirmation. I received another email detailing what I needed to move, securing items, etc. On the day of the cleaning I received a text letting me know they were in route. Communication is top notch with this company. My carpets aren't horrible. I didn't have many huge stains, just 10 years of living with a few pet accidents and spills. Miles and Ethan arrived promptly as promised. They were pleasant, professional, and masked up. The amount I paid was more than the initial quote. I believe this is my fault in describing a common area and messing up the room count. The adjustment was fair, I agreed and they got to work. They were quick and thorough. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use them again. I've already got a friend asking for their info so she can hire them. Fantastic company with people who take pride in their work.

This company didn't get back with me until I sent an online request for the 3rd time then claimed that I didn't send pictures in a text. I still have the text showing where I asked what the final bill was and didn't get a response. I called HOUNDSTOOTH and they did the job for half the price and didn't charge extra for pillows. I think they only want pictures to access your home to see if you have money. His response when I left a bad review was his customers aren't price sensitive didn't have the money to pay his price. I did have, I just didn't want to be ripped off. I'm attaching the conversation

Brian helped me with my purchase and was training another employee at the time and he was super professional and super friendly. While I knew what hitch I wanted I had no idea about anything else. Brian helped me with making sure I had the hitch and the lighting adapter (cause you kind of need brake lights on your trailer). After everything was picked out I set up my installer appointment. On install day, I had something come up at work and had to drop it off. No problem. They not only accommodated my schedule change but went ahead and installed everything working 1.5 hours! Amazing! And today I finally had a chance use the hitch. Everything worked great, the lights worked and it all felt so secure. I won't hesitate to come back it I need any more trailering/hitch equipment.
