Communication is top notch with this company. My carpets aren't horrible. I didn't have many huge stains, just 10 years of living with a few pet accidents and spills. Miles and Ethan arrived promptly as promised. They were pleasant, professional, and masked up. The amount I paid was more than the initial quote. I believe this is my fault in describing a common area and messing up the room count. The adjustment was fair, I agreed and they got to work. They were quick and thorough. I first went to Daniel for help in October 2025. I had an 10 year old Alienware gaming computer…read morethat desperately needed new hardware upgrades because they were extremely outdated. I was on a budget and he found the best parts in the right price range for me. I didn't have all of the money upfront and it took from October to February for me to be able to give him all of the money for parts and labor but he was very understanding and generous with his time. When the prices on parts went up significantly due to market changes, he let me know so that I could quickly get him the money so that I didn't have to pay so much. He consistently went out of his way to make sure I didn't pay more than what was needed, even though it made no difference to him on that front. In the end, the old gaming computer I had wasn't compatible with what parts I needed, but he improvised and made me a new rig with the same parts at no extra cost to me. I just recently got to take it home and it works great! He was available anytime and was very helpful in explaining the details to me when I didn't understand the technical terms. I couldn't recommend him more and I will be going back in the future for any more work I need done. He run his business from his home and occasionally, he had a friend or 2 over and they were all very nice/welcoming and everyone made conversation with me.
