Only a nurse case manager who was not very helpful with very poor manners. My MIL is elderly with TTWB and they are sending her home. The OT said she needed assisted living but never came to the room to discuss recs with family. My husband had to ask for education and training before discharge. She should NOT BE going home. Sadly I will never recommend this facility to anyone. I'm glad I work for Froedtert! Do better RHOW.

The Nurse said the Doctor would meet and give us a review of my family members condition before they discharged them. But the Doctor could not be bothered and just ignored us. The issues and lack of care kept mounting daily. They left our family member to sit in their own urine for four hours and wouldn't check them. UNLESS WE ASKED!! We had to stay with our family member 9 hours a day to make sure care was being given. They say they care but could not deliver! Then they send out a standard response asking to be contacted, so they can get the post removed. But when things where happening and we brought up the concerns. They met with us said they take these things seriously but then brushed off our concerns not following up at the time or even a few days later while our family member was still there.

They deeply care and are concerned for you. My son was born almost 17 years ago and my family did not have a pediatrician, we chose Dr. Lamberton as his doctor because he is a family doctor. In fact we have been seeing doctor before the location was even Lakeshore. The ladies working in reception are nice but calling on the phone can be a long wait. It's nice to have the lab and X-Ray department right by the clinic, get everything done all at once. I have suggested many friends to this clinic and I don't plan to switch.

Trust me! I was an absolute train wreck when I first met him.. Piriformois syndrome, si joint, hamstrings, Charlie horses in my calves.. I had it all. Even sleeping was painfully unbearable for me. I absolutely cannot tolerate having my back "cracked." I have had some negative experiences with chiropractic care in the past. I knew I would benefit from chiropractic care for numerous (back, hip, knee) issues but I was nervous. Dr. Cosson listened to all my concerns and was able to show and explain things to me in a very easy to understand, yet detailed, manner. He uses a physical therapy type treatment approach. He does some soft tissue work combined with particular exercises to help my issues. He has helped me immensely - without the traditional "cracking" of my back. I have seen him for mid back, low back, hip, shoulder and knee issues. Each visit he is able to figure out my issues and explain the issue and then treatment approach. Intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to create a program that meets my needs, she has helped me cope with my arthritis and my heart disease as I navigate this new path of old age. That isn't easy for me, because I want to stop Father Time by killing myself in the gym. That doesn't work anymore. I ask a multitude of questions, skeptical of everything. Ms. Zierke handles my queries well and has the requisite answers. The Cora facility in Cudahy is spotless, and I have seen them clean thoroughly after each patient.
