It's quite a drive for me, but it has been worth the change. Staff is phenomenal, especially the therapist (Shelly). Therapist is supported by wonderful reception and MA- and there is a scheduler available at checkout. It is really well organized here. Location is clean and parking is easy. I even heard that one of the physicians went out and shoveled for patients when the snow removal service hadn't finished their job!

He is a compassionate person who cares about the whole person and their health issues. He and his staff operate like a well-oiled machine and are as thorough as I have seen. His staff is also highly-skilled, compassionate, professional, polite and thorough. I have had 2 procedures involving needles injecting meds to remedy long-term, persistent pain issues of a common nature: arthritis in the neck and sciatica in the lower back. During the procedures, Jen helped with any discomfort by deep tissue rubbing of the arm and shoulders which helped a lot. Venessa, Raj, Kanta and Brook were all helpful, professional and eager to be warm and helpful. This staff is top-notch. I am very thankful that I was referred to Dr. Piryani by my doctor at Atlas Chiropractic (Brookfield), Dr. Michael Szatalowicz, also a life and pain-altering doctor in my life, and definitely worth seeing.

I knew I would benefit from chiropractic care for numerous (back, hip, knee) issues but I was nervous. Dr. Cosson listened to all my concerns and was able to show and explain things to me in a very easy to understand, yet detailed, manner. He uses a physical therapy type treatment approach. He does some soft tissue work combined with particular exercises to help my issues. He has helped me immensely - without the traditional "cracking" of my back. I have seen him for mid back, low back, hip, shoulder and knee issues. Each visit he is able to figure out my issues and explain the issue and then treatment approach. First, parking is close and easy. Usually you can stay very close to the door. Second, the facility is small and check-in is fast and friendly and the waiting area is immediately accessible. They have a coffee machine, a table or two and standard chairs and couches for family and patients. There's also a TV and a monitor which tracks patient progress through their procedure for any waiting family or friends not inside with the patient. The interior waiting areas for patients having a procedure are standard hospital bays, with no doors, curtain access, but a recliner chair for companions or family members where they can stay throughout if they prefer. The privacy is perhaps minimal, but the access for the care time is easy and open. Every team member I've encountered here has been great - friendly, comforting, and this is important, they all seem to make a personal connection - even if it's small, that makes you feel seen as an individual. Happily, the surgical teams have also done great work on my visits. I am definitely loyal to this system Great care. Made comfortable,

The Froedtert/Medical College is a massive organization and complex, so this is a very limited review of one area, which is the Center for Advanced Care, and specifically the Ear Nose and Throat Clinic. Been coming here for several years, and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism, and care. Especially the staff that work with Dr. David Poetker. Would recommend them to others that are struggling with ENT issues. Once you are in the proper parking structure, it's a quick ride up to the 5th floor. Get off the elevator and go east. Without the help from Dr. Defnet and Dr. Tadda, I would have never gotten my back, hips, and shoulders in alignment. I would have been in the pain I was constantly in. With their help, I'm able to fully workout again and not "throw" anything out of place. They definitely have me as a customer for a long time!
