From the beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to think outside the box to find treatments and exercises that would help me feel better and continue making progress. She took the time to listen, adjust my treatment based on how I was doing, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to her care, I regained so much mobility and function in my shoulder and felt confident throughout the recovery process. I love the 1-on-1 time and not having to "share" as I had experienced in other places. The only chin scratcher for me didn't actually come from my PT Catrina, but from the owner who popped in (even though the door was closed--sometimes I need to lift my shirt to access certain spots on my back) with a student who was shadowing. I got no heads up, and I wasn't asked if it was ok that she observer my session. I would have happily said yes, but I was more concerned that I wasn't even asked. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, and I was no longer able to continue therapy with her, which genuinely made me sad because I felt I was in such good hands. I highly recommend Catrina to anyone looking for a physical therapist who truly cares about her patients and is committed to helping them succeed.

I had tried surgeries, chiropractic, physical therapy and other modalities, trying to pursue relief from pain, discomfort and dysfunction. After many years of frustration, someone suggested that I try a visit to Frank Fantazzi, from PT Plus. From the very first appointment, I was impressed! The results were outstanding! Please understand... I was sufficiently "messed up" that it took a while. But appointment by appointment, I improved. I'm now 60 y.o.a. and have returned to sprinting, running up and down stairs, heavy resistance training and all manner of physical activity. I can do more than many men who are in their 30's. And I rarely feel any pain. I credit Frank Fantazzi for his "magical" work with my various physical problems. I often tell people, "You may have experienced a course or two of "physical therapy" somewhere, but that doesn't mean you've experienced Frank's style of physical therapy. He's different from the others. Don't be stubborn and don't resign yourself to a life of discomfort and dysfunction. Call P.T. Plus and give them a try!

Finding Jeff and the team at Freedom Physical Therapy has been completely life-changing…read more As a 25-year-old with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), I grew up dancing competitively and have spent years cycling through different physical therapy clinics--including seeing multiple therapists at froedtert, and other clinics. Unfortunately, none of them were able to get to the root of the problem. They just didn't understand my hypermobility or what was causing my problems. It felt impossible to find any pain relief. That completely changed when I found Freedom Physical Therapy. From day one, Jeff actually listened to me. Instead of giving me generic exercises, they take highly specific measurements to pinpoint structural asymmetries and focus entirely on finding and fixing the root cause of the pain. They take the time to thoroughly explain why things are happening, which has helped me truly understand my own weak points. Before coming here, I was living with extreme headaches, debilitating neck pain, and constant jaw pain. After working with Jeff, I finally have a level of relief that I haven't felt in years. My posture has drastically improved, my breathing is better, and the chronic pain is gone. Every single time I left their office, I felt so much physical relief that I was practically on cloud nine--something I honestly never thought was possible for me. The sheer level of support, progress, and meticulous attention to detail at Freedom Physical Therapy is unmatched. You can really tell everyone at Freedom Physical therapy truly cares about each individual. I wish there were more places like this in the world for people with hypermobility. If you are struggling with hEDS or chronic pain or hypermobility, do yourself a favor and see Jeff or anyone at Freedom physical therapy. I only wish I had found them years ago
