From the beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to think outside the box to find treatments and exercises that would help me feel better and continue making progress. She took the time to listen, adjust my treatment based on how I was doing, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to her care, I regained so much mobility and function in my shoulder and felt confident throughout the recovery process. I love the 1-on-1 time and not having to "share" as I had experienced in other places. The only chin scratcher for me didn't actually come from my PT Catrina, but from the owner who popped in (even though the door was closed--sometimes I need to lift my shirt to access certain spots on my back) with a student who was shadowing. I got no heads up, and I wasn't asked if it was ok that she observer my session. I would have happily said yes, but I was more concerned that I wasn't even asked. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, and I was no longer able to continue therapy with her, which genuinely made me sad because I felt I was in such good hands. I highly recommend Catrina to anyone looking for a physical therapist who truly cares about her patients and is committed to helping them succeed.

I am on my third week of treatment for shoulder pain and am now sleeping through the night and only once in three weeks have I taken Ibuprophen. A past treatment: back pain on and off since I was 20 (over 50 years), had constant low level pain and severe annual episodes. I saw chiropactors, acupuncturists, did yoga, stretching, and had little success. After getting treatment from Scott, my pain is gone...NO PAIN. It does not get better than that

more neglect from aria. still not getting offers of showers. still can't get correct meal trays…read more still wait a long time for assistance - 45 minutes just now. in our section of the 2nd floor we have about 45 residents and, at most, 4 aides - usually 3. neglect! we're supposed to able to call the kitchen to make special requests, but often they answer their phone. called at 3pm and it rang for 12 minutes. neglect. i wear a disposable brief (bedridden). nobody changed me on 1st shift on saturday or sunday. layed in a urine soaked brief/bedding for hours. neglect. this place has gone seriously downhill since aria bought it and slashed budgets and staffing. don't stick your loved ones in this poor excuse of a care facility.
