I've been seeing Dr Noah at the OakCreek location for about a month. My biggest complaint was migraines and truthfully, I've only had one headache since starting treatment! I have my 1 month check in soon so I'll get to see any changes on the x ray but it's been great. Everyone in the office is so friendly and Dr Noah knows exactly what he's talking about. SELL SELL SELL! FEAR! FEAR! FEAR! Should be their motto. During my first call I asked, I need to make sure you take my insurance and the veeeeery upbeat friendly lady said, "We take ALLLLL kinds of insurance, just come in and we'll figure all that out." After a solid 1.5 hours of my time enduring the Sell Sell Sell Fear Fear Fear show, I was told that my insurance (which is excellent) is out of network, and that their services would cost a mere $3,000+ for the year or $331/month. I said I couldn't do that and they were done with me. The curtain closed down on my presence fast. I'm actually sad that I can't go there for chiropractic adjustments. I was hoping to try their method. I believe they can help people, but you have to have disposable income or be willing to take out a loan or put the astronomical fee on your credit card. The first visit was long and tedious. Shuffled around by a very young upbeat friendly person. Office tour, reviewing why you were there, a couple of tests on your spine, a quick introduction to one of the Doctors and then $144.00 worth of x-rays I was tricked into. They made it sound like that price was the portion my insurance didn't cover, when they didn't accept my insurance at all. By the way, I left that first visit with no adjustment and I really have used one. The second visit was a review of my findings. Another young woman explaining to me what a mess my spine is based on the x-rays. She kept pushing me into agreeing with her, but I'm not trained to read x-rays. As someone who has seen a chiropractor near monthly for a decade and a half, you would think my spine would be in better shape than they were presenting. In fact, manually adjusting chiropractors should be very disgruntled with Connect's tactics. They are basically saying that your former adjustments were in effective but we can help, for way more money that you can afford, unless you have a nice pension or are independently wealthy. read more

I went to them for two years and I do like them, but I was starting to feel, like every time I turned around there was a new doctor that was working on me I also did not really like getting my spine reviewed by young folks who had no medical knowledge and something about it just felt kind of phony. I disregarded that though until the last time when I had the young man do the test. I really didn't like that because I'm a female and he has no medical background. So for me to be in a gown and have him assess my back felt uncomfortable. And having him discuss nerves in my spine felt not genuine. While I considered another year I told the young gal at the desk that I now had great work insurance and I could see a chiropractor for $25. She told me that they don't take insurance for maintenance work at connect. In other words work that is continuing. She also didn't think that insurance would cover another chiropractor to do maintenance work and I said well they do because many of my coworkers have been going to other chiropractors for years and only are charged a $25 co-pay. Connects plan for a third year would've been two visits a month or four visits a month for 1228 which was the same as year two. I told her that for me to see a chiropractor twice a month through my insurance and co-pay somewhere else would come out to about half of what connect wanted. I also asked her if we could do once a month or if there was a plan for that. She said they don't do that because it's proven not to work once a month. I've been going to the chiropractor for 30 years and I used to always go just when I needed to go so I've never heard of this kind of pressure to have to go twice or four times a month. That felt very pressured to me and raised my radar quite a bit. You shouldn't have to be or feel addicted to the chiropractor or like you have to go a certain amount of times a month, especially when even going for years. Also apparently they don't take insurance, which is also another concern For many people that I've talked to. However They do tell you to come in and check your insurance. Then once you are in there it seems to feel like you're buying a car and you're pressured to go forth. I noticed also in a two years while I was going there, that there were multiple different people trying to sell these plans in a very scripted way. This was kind of concerning and annoying. I did like the convenience of getting in there and getting out however sometimes they only spent less than two minutes on my back and sometimes I wondered if it was doing anything. I still like the doctor that I started with but I didn't like the shuffling of more and more doctors and I don't like the sales pressure and I don't like non-Medical folks doing scans on my back. I think that they should be more affordable and less pressurized if they would like to keep long-term clients Of being told, I have to go certain amount of times a month and not be able to come in as I need to read more

I have been going to see Dr. Young for about 3.5 months now and I've never felt better. My lower back pain is almost none existent and I've had it for over ten years now and my neck has loosened up to the point of it does not bother me to turn either way.
