This place reminded me of how a scary movie starts off before the reality sets in. Cult like, overpriced. I have been to this location located directly across from Mayfair. Convenient location, but don't fall for it!! read more

During the first appointment, you will get a full comprehensive exam that will help to resolve the underlining issues of your pain. It was very informative and the adjustment afterward was super helpful. There is no pressure to keep coming back every few days. You can call up and go as needed or for regular maintenance (my preference). read more

I've been dealing with back/neck/shoulder problems for a little over 10 years now. Throughout those years I have seen several physical therapists and have tried a variety of strategies to help me manage the pain I experience. This year I decided to go with a new strategy/solution and try going to a chiropractor. I looked up a variety of chiropractors in my area, looking mainly at hours of availability, pricing, and what kind of vibe the business gave off via the website and reviews (as I was wanting to have a comfortable experience/hoping to deal with some nice people). I was very close with going to a different place but then Epic Life reached out to me to schedule an appointment and I'm so glad they did, because it led me to choosing them as the place to go to, and I do not regret that decision whatsoever! From the front office staff, to Dr. Jeff and the work he does every appointment is a wonderfully comfortable experience! Throughout my entire treatment plan (and even afterward) there was never a moment that I didn't feel welcome, cared for, or supported. And they were unbelievably patient, understanding, and flexible of my schedule! There's absolutely nothing bad I could say about Epic Life! If you're looking for a chiropractor in the Wauwatosa/Milwaukee area, don't hesitate to schedule an appointment at Epic Life, because you won't regret it!! read more

After injuring my neck and back after an accident, Epic Life Chiropractic was very accommodating to get me in for an appointment as soon as possible. I felt confident in the treatment plan that was outlined and was already feeling improvement after my first adjustment. Dr. Jeff and the office manager, Jill, are both very friendly, flexible, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Jeff explains everything he is doing, which is appreciated for a chiropractor newbie. I'm very happy I discovered Epic Life Chiropractic and look forward to seeing continued improvements as well as other positive impacts on my health (no migraines since I started coming here)! read more

I brought my now 9 month old daughter in to see Dr. Jeff for a very mild case of torticollis when she was around 7 months old. He was so reassuring, showing me exactly how much pressure he would use on her neck and explaining every step. My daughter didn't even make a peep and was completely rid of the torticollis in two visits, just like Dr. Jeff predicted! More recently, my daughter had been congested for almost a month. She spiked a fever for a few days, and at her 9 month checkup, she had a little congestion in her ears as well... Not an acute ear infection but enough to certainly make her uncomfortable. I brought her in to Dr. Jeff for an adjustment to help with the congestion. The next day, she was like a different baby! read more

I travel a lot for work. Not George Clooney "Up in the Air" type travel, but pretty close. Additionally, I plug away on my laptop and iPhone all while wrangling a 3 year old boy. My back and shoulders have always been an issue for me. I was at my breaking point with what I thought was another 'pinched nerve' when a friend referred me to Dr. Jeff at Epic Life. If you are not a believer in Chiropractic Health you NEED to see Dr. Jeff. After one visit I could actually turn my head to the left! He is very consultative and looks to the future and how to achieve our goals. While I still travel, I know have the help and health to be able to play with my child when I get off the plane. I highly recommend Epic Life - Dr. Jeff, Amy, Peyton and the team are simply amazing. read more

Dr. Jeff and his staff are great! I definitely felt like a priority and that my concerns were being taken seriously. Dr. Jeff even came into the office to help me out on the weekend. Overall, my experience at Epic was incredible and I highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Jeff and the staff at Epic Life are fantastic. While I was pregnant with my son, I developed a pretty bad case of carpal tunnel in both wrists and hands. I had pain at first in both arms and eventually most of my fingers on both hands were numb. Six weeks after I had my son I still had no feeling in most of my fingers. I decided I wanted to try seeing a chiropractor before considering any form of surgery to clear up the problem. I called the office and Amy got me in that day. It was so great. I was evaluated, had a scan done of my back in office and my treatment started that day! About 8 weeks later I had full feeling back in my fingers after seeing Dr Jeff twice a week and doing my light exercises at home to help the strength in my wrists. Dr Jeff and Amy are amazing. From the second I contacted them they have been nothing but understanding, kind, caring and truly concerned with helping me feel my best. I will definitely be seeing Dr Jeff again through my next pregnancy and will hopefully avoid the carpal tunnel completely! Definitely give them a call -- they are wonderful! read more

If you are looking for an actual adjustment, do NOT go to Dr. Jeff (that's how his web site refers to him, as if his patients are 5-year-olds). I've had serious back problems for the many years, and I've been to many chiropractors because of it. I've found that there are two types of chiropractor: snake oil and penicillin. The snake oilers have shiny offices with cutesy sayings on the walls about finding yourself and being the best you can be. They'll dazzle you with computer scans and impressive print-outs of the "findings." When it's time to actually do something, though, they'll give you a useless little tap and pull here and there, tell you in some vague way that "things are moving better," and then send you on your way. But not until informing you it will take another 8-12 sessions for the pain to go away. If you're looking for youth (replete with designer jeans, an untucked blouse, and tennis shoes from Aldo), intense eye contact that seems pre-packaged rather than sincere (I could be wrong, in which case it's intense to the point of being weird), an affable receptionist, and decent music playing in the background, then go to Dr. Jeff. However, if you want a "penicillin" chiropractor, go to someone who makes things move in a way that you yourself couldn't duplicate with a bit of help from a friend, no computer necessary. I would have gone to 1 of 2 excellent docs I've seen over the years (Bernie Erenberger or Steven Kennedy), but they were both on vacation. I should have waited, and so should you until you can make an appointment with one of the aforementioned guys, or some other doc whose adjustments are real medicine instead of homeopathic rubbish. read more
