I'm now 60 y.o.a. and have returned to sprinting, running up and down stairs, heavy resistance training and all manner of physical activity. I can do more than many men who are in their 30's. more neglect from aria. still not getting offers of showers. still can't get correct meal trays…read more still wait a long time for assistance - 45 minutes just now. in our section of the 2nd floor we have about 45 residents and, at most, 4 aides - usually 3. neglect! we're supposed to able to call the kitchen to make special requests, but often they answer their phone. called at 3pm and it rang for 12 minutes. neglect. i wear a disposable brief (bedridden). nobody changed me on 1st shift on saturday or sunday. layed in a urine soaked brief/bedding for hours. neglect. this place has gone seriously downhill since aria bought it and slashed budgets and staffing. don't stick your loved ones in this poor excuse of a care facility.

Saw a woman laying on a chair in the hall half naked. No nurse around to help her. Most of the nurses appeared like they were more interested in standing around where the food was being prepared and talking with each other than actually helping the patients. The place was also very dirty in my opinion. Got my mom out of this place. She has never felt more humiliated in her life.

I honestly found it a little bit stressful that it wasn't sent in advance, and I worried that my service was cut short by the time I spent filling out the online form. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. The new clinic is beautiful, the location is right off the highway. Sometimes they are behind at the clinic and I have had to wait upwards of a half hour- but it hasn't been the norm. Perk-- They come to Kohler water spa in Kohler for injectables every 3 months- which is wonderful for when I don't want to drive to the Glendale location.

I finally can use foundation around my eyes without it sinking into the wrinkles and looking caked on - which is a plus as a younger female who likes to get creative with my make-up. I also received beautiful flowers the day after my procedure which was such a nice touch. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Campbell for any future cosmetic procedures!
