I kept a record of all of my treatments and type of adjustments since I have a chronic illness. I had a total of 14 treatments. Only 3 of the insurance claims were correct. I was overcharged for the rest. When I asked about this the first two times, I was not given a clear answer by the doctor or by the front office. Dr. Kenzie has totally changed my perception and experience of chiropractors. In a short amount of time she has significantly helped me with movement and pain management related to postpartum healing. Here's what I really enjoy: 1. She pairs adjustments with exercises that make a difference. So, yes, there is work on your end to feel better - but it seriously makes a difference. 2. She takes it appointment by appointment, rather than another place less than a mile a way that wanted to sell me 3x/week for 12 weeks and re-exams every so many visits. Instead, I have seen change going every 1-3 weeks, but can make appointments sooner if I feel the need. Her adjustments are holding well for me and the exercises are really helping. 3. She bills insurance, so the cost out of pocket (or HSA) is significantly lower. 4. Dr. Kenzie is super friendly, caring, gentle and supportive. Her staff is friendly, too. 5. She doesn't waste time.
