I had to prepay for Spinal decompression treatment & it was very expensive. Dr Kerwin is a good salesman, but proved to be poor Dr in my experience. He was present at 2 out of the 16 appointments. He left my service to younger girl in the office. He indicated to me after not getting any relief that he would adjust me every Monday. Did not happen! He did that just the 2 times. His wife, Gena had indicated to my wife that Dr Kerwin would call me to talk about concerns. Never happened! Again, this treatment plan was very expensive & to this day I am owed $1,200 on service not used. In my opinion, I would strongly suggest not using Dr Kerwin for neck pain relief.
