MRI machines are loud, so the technician offered ear plugs, head phones (with my choice of music) or both. I chose both enjoying some great 70's Eagles tunes to pass the time while the GE 3T MRI performed its magic. There was an issue getting my Doctor's imaging order communicated to MH Imaging, but that was not MH Imaging's fault. Once I got the order corrected and resent from my physician's office, the MRI image scan process went smoothly. I want to personally thank MH Imaging for making this State of the Art MRI technology available and price competitive vs. other Milwaukee area imaging options. I arrived about fifteen minutes late due to confusion with their multiple locations on the same street (Layton ave in Milwaukee)--there's another center just two miles away, which is an understandable mix-up. However, the receptionist showed no empathy or effort to understand the situation. When I tried to explain that I was in severe pain and needed to be scanned urgently and also drove 30 miles, she refused to listen, said 'I'm not gonna speak with you anymore' and 'I think you need to leave now.' She offered only 'I can get you in tomorrow' before turning her back on me. I'm sure I'm not the first patient to mix up the locations, especially since only the main facility shows up online. Not to mention she also condoned a hostile patients threatening behavior towards me. Their follow-up communications are also vague and don't even include appointment times. As a healthcare professional myself, I would never interact with patients this way and will not be sending my patients here. We are taught that, as healthcare professionals, patients come in to the facilities on some of the worst days of their lives and these employees showed no understanding of that. The staff could definitely benefit from training in patient interaction and professionalism. Better location clarity and proper follow-up are also needed of course.

With that said, I would not patronize this business and intrust people like Noel with something as important as viewing your unborn child. Noel is a very dishonest person and she is not genuine. I went to baby preview to get a look at my baby boy and my first visit went well. I disregarded the fact that she had me wait in the parking lot for 20 min before she showed up. She came off as very nice my first visit and I didn't have any complaints. She informed me that my ultrasound pictures were so clear and I should enter into a baby preview contest she was having. She informed me that the winner would get a free package to view there baby and a 50 dollar gift card. Needless to say, I went home and entered the contest. The contest lasted a week and I actually ended up winning the contest with first place. When it came time for Noel to give me my prize she told me several times she would mail it, than she said she did mail it. The contest took place in December and i never received any prize. Now here is the kicker. She called me shortly after the contest was over and asked if i could do her a favor and speak with a news station that was doing a special on her business. I agreed, and this was prior to me knowing how dishonest she was, and prior to me knowing she never had intentions of giving me my prize. I asked her what the special was about and she simply said they want to just show how we do the ultrasounds. She also told me when i come to do the special she would give me the prize she promised me. Make a long story short, I did the special and when i went she said she forgot the prize. She than gave me the wrong date when the show would air but luckily some of my coworkers seen it and informed me. When i saw the special i was shocked to find out it was about doctors being against Noel doing ultrasounds because it could potentially have harmful effects on your unborn child. I was very upset when i seen the special simply because she was dishonest with me. She could have been upfront and i still would have did her the favor. I just want to let everyone know Noel is a liar and she is unreliable. This is not an establishment I would ever go to again and I would not recommend anyone else go.

So we had a baby shower and had all boy clothing and we're all set for a boy a lot of money was spent. It was a girl, which was wonderful, but a lot of wasted money because we took the tags off everything and washed all of it in preparation for our baby "boy" . My daughter also recommended her to 2 of her friends before her baby was born in which she also gave them the wrong genders. It's funny, because something about her struck me as shady when I was with my daughter at the ultrasound. I am seeing other reviews that are similar to our situation, something just isn't right with this place. It is such a rarity these days to have a wrong gender on an ultrasound. When you first enter, the staff was friendly directing you where to go. Once I was at the physical therapy level I was quite impressed with how clean, bright, and open it was! I worked with the therapist (Isaac P) and his student, each of them were very informative and caring! They were friendly and attentive to what was bothering me. They were thorough in their testing and planning my exercise routine. They have an app which is very easy to use and the exercises were lead by videos and a time clock which was very helpful! My therapist was aware of the cost of treatment and wanted to ensure the end goal-while he enjoys working with his patients, his intent was to not see me again (aka be back to normal)! Spoke with two managers Alyssa and Christine and both must have left their manners at home. Save yourself some grief and money and have your testing done at MDI or SmartChoice. I was already feeling anxiety about the medical issue requiring an MRI, and experiencing pain that worsens when lying on my back. The RAYUS team took very good care of me from the second I walked into the door. The office is warm and welcoming and the staff was very friendly. I was very comfortable during the procedure, and the technician talked me through the entire process, constantly checking on my well-being. The entire process went quickly and smooth. The Urgent Care at Aurora Health Center is fantastic. My blood pressure was spiking on a Sunday…read morenight, and I felt terrible. The Urgent Care on Edgerton was open until 8:00 PM, and we rushed over. The facility was clean and professional. My wait was negligible. A nurse took my vitals and politely asked me to wait for a physician. Dr. Chaudhry spoke to me with understanding and expertise. His bed side manner was reassuring. The EKG was normal and multiple blood pressure readings were taken. Fortunately, my Systolic pressure dropped from 190/101 to 160/82. Dr. Chaudhry continued to monitor my progress and finally sent me home. I felt 100% better. This is the only Urgent Care to use if you live south of Shorewood.
