I was 2 minutes late for the appointment and still had to go to the other side of the building and then go to the building next door. I left. I asked at last 6 staff people for directions. Most had no idea where the clinic is. The signage was terrible. Often cannot be read from the street. No street numbers. Confusing, similar names for buildings. Those who knew where I needed to go used "insider" names. I had never been there and had to keep asking for a better explanation. One person directed me to a parking ramp. I spent 10 minutes there looking for a parking space and never did. I tried valet parking but it was jammed (wrong building anyway). The office where my appointment was never sent me a map! They have maps but they are not great. No clue about what the front of the building looks like. No name on the building. Or buildings. I think the same name applies to more than one building. This is the worst. It is not designed for patients (customers). Maybe they should have people at every street entrance to give directions? ANYTHING. I don't want to go back.

I went to KRC for the first time in January 2023, for an MRI, for my shoulder…read more My first visit was fine, but everything I've had to deal with KRC since then has been nothing but confusion and stress. I lost my insurance a month after my visit, which caused alot of confusion regarding my bill. It took several months, but eventually it got sorted out. However, trying to get ahold of the billing department was ridiculous. I made several calls attempting to pay my bill, left several voicemails explaining myself, only to be called back once or twice while I was still at work and unable to take phonecalls. I've never had such a difficult time trying to contact a billing department. Eventually I was able to talk to someone and get my bill paid. Then, literally a whole month after I paid, I got a call from a collections agency regarding the same bill. I still haven't been able to figure out if this whole thing is going to poorly impact me at all. But I tried my very best to avoid this kind of thing happening, only for it to happen anyway. And I can't blame anything else except the poor communication from KRC. I'll be getting MRI's from somewhere else going forward, if I can help it.

The technologist that help me through the test,there were two young ladies, were very calming, kind and professional. They made me at ease as I could be considering. The MRI machine itself was not as scary as another I have been in. This one was a little bit bigger and I felt more comfortable. I would come back here for another MRI any time if it was needed and would recommend anyone to come here as well. My experience was perfect. Before I left they handed me the desk to take with me to my follow up with my specialist. They made sure to ask me if I was OK before I left and even had offered me a bottled water. All telling me to have a good weekend and smiling as I left. What a nice group of people.

This was their error, but I left and rescheduled for 1 1/2 weeks later. I was told to arrive at 7:30 am for an 8:00am test. When I arrived, I was told it wasn't until 8:30am. This facility cannot handle the office; I don't want to ever use them for my healthcare. I have been waiting for this MRI for over 2 months, but I will wait longer to go to another facility.

Nothing felt old or shabby. The front desk staff is friendly and fast. Check-in was a breeze. As always, the wait was not long nor did the appointment start late. The medical assistants are always great at these clinics and personable. The care I felt was tangible, despite this being a conversation and not an exam scenario. That being said, I didn't know there would be no exam and this could have been a virtual visit where I didn't drive halfway across town.It would have been super to have known that ahead of time. Rush hour traffic early in the day to see a gynecologist is not in my list of favorite experiences. One star lost there for not giving me options.

Sometimes, I only need to see Tracy, Dr. Bamrah's assistant, and she is awesome. I have undergone carpal tunnel release surgery, as well as having an overly sensitive nerve tacked in place at my elbow, and I have had torn cartilage removed from my knee. Appointments are fairly easy to get here, with, IMHO, pretty short wait times. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 6 weeks (and that was a one-off) to get in here, versus MONTHS for the dentist or a GP. Surgery is always scheduled very quickly from your appointment, and depending on what you are having done, may be performed here in the clinic downstairs, or a nearby hospital. I've done both. The parking lot is decently sized, or there is street parking. If you're looking for a doctor who will actually listen to you AND help you, this is the place. I know other people who are patients of some of the other doctors, and they like the place as well. This location is just off 27th street on Rawson, but there is another location on the corner of 108th (Mayfair Rd.) and Burleigh, if that works better for you. 29/2024

I had the best, Dr. Coran and his team. I spent 3 days under there care and I can't sat one negative thing about MOSH. The medical floor is separate from the orthopedic floor and not run the same way. All the nurses on the orthopedic floor are great. Also, you get a menu and can order each meal in a two hour gap and they bring it to you. Dr. Coran is a spinal specialist. He has done all three of the areas of my back with the last in January 25, He took it apart and put it back stabilized so I can continue to do normal things and play tennis.
