If you are on the opposite side of the street by Mayfair and turn around, you don't know where the place is on the building. There needs to be a better sign outside. It's around the back and down in the basement which a co-worker filled me in on. Do not bring your SO or spouse. They are not allowed inside for privacy reasons. And there is only about 6 seats.

My friend has wanted this job oppurtunity for a while now and scheduled the drug screening, went in and gave as much sample as he could. He was told it was not enough urine and the employee dumbed it out and told my friend you have to now wait 3 hours, which was fine with my friend he had no problem but he wanted an employee to walk him to the front door to his truck to get his phone to call his current job to let them know he was running late. The employee wouldn't help him in the least. He wouldn't look up the phone number for my friend or tell the possible new company that my friend gave a sample but the employee made a decision to dump it and lie about talking to the company about the situation. My friend left the building upset. Clearly they had the companies name and phone number they could of called while my friend was still in the building and explained the situation. Kindness only goes so far I guess. The funny part was when the supervisor was contacted from this drug screening place she stated ( I was listening to this part on the phone) that she would take a look at the sample and decide it it was enough to run the test the company requested. My friend explained that it was dumped. The supervisor just said oh well then you will have to see if you can re test but we are putting it down as a positive since you didn't stay longer. Again he was willing too if they would of let him call his current boss or the new company to find out his options. The end result was a loss of a wonderful job oppurunity do to this screening place dumping the urine that could have been used, and lying and saying it was positive do to refusal. I am not sure giving a sample should of been counted as positive result with a refusal. They had a sample, and he was willing to stay 3 extra hours to give another sample but nobody would help look up a number. So sad that he was treated so rude and it cost him the new job. I hope the quality of care changes.

My wife and in-laws love her no-nonsense style and referred me to her after using her for years. Normally I would feel uncomfortable with a female doctor, but it's something about that Old World charm when you turn your head and cough that let's you know it's all business. Everything is over and done with quick so you're not left waiting. Doctor appointments seem to be quicker here than any other doctor, and that's good when you're nervous about all the people around you coughing out the Black Plague. A couple years back I had a problem with waking up with sinus pressure and I thought I was allergies, but I would take allergy medicine and it would barely help. Now I'm barely ever sick, so I was clueless and asked her if she knew anything I can do. She prescribed me this nasal spray, I only use it about twice a month but I wake up with the sinus pressure a lot less now. She's a miracle worker!

I was 2 minutes late for the appointment and still had to go to the other side of the building and then go to the building next door. I left. I asked at last 6 staff people for directions. Most had no idea where the clinic is. The signage was terrible. Often cannot be read from the street. No street numbers. Confusing, similar names for buildings. Those who knew where I needed to go used "insider" names. I had never been there and had to keep asking for a better explanation. One person directed me to a parking ramp. I spent 10 minutes there looking for a parking space and never did. I tried valet parking but it was jammed (wrong building anyway). The office where my appointment was never sent me a map! They have maps but they are not great. No clue about what the front of the building looks like. No name on the building. Or buildings. I think the same name applies to more than one building. This is the worst. It is not designed for patients (customers). Maybe they should have people at every street entrance to give directions? ANYTHING. I don't want to go back.

Stephanie helped with some very necessary passive movements of my shoulder. It was intense but felt much better when I left my sessions. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with.
