First, I did not receive their bill and I called my insurance company who told me that they just received it as well and it looked like the office staff of RiverCrest had forgotten to send the bill. Next I called Rivercrest and spoke with someone in their office and asked why this bill for a visit 6 months previous was just being sent now and they got real nasty. When I called the billing staff to inquire about my bill they had the opportunity to find out why I did not pay it - because they didn't send it and I didn't receive it. If they would have said, oh we will send you the bill I would have paid it. Instead they got nasty which is why they get a negative review. Customers buy more than a product or service, we pay for correct billing and follow up and when businesses like Rivercrest fail on their billing and customer service the entire business fails.

I was complaining to the attending doctor about how much my back hurt and that I had just seen my (previous) chiropractor two days in a row and it was still hurting badly. I was not a patient of Dr. Lo at the time and he just happened to be standing there talking with the attending Sanexas doctor while I was complaining. Dr. Lo overheard my complaints and graciously offered to help me making sure he wasn't infringing on the other chiropractor's territory unless it was ok with me, noting that I was in a lot of pain right now. I was desperate to feel better so I took him up on his offer. Dr. Lo treated me and I felt quite a bit better immediately. I was very grateful for the welcome relief. I immediately switched chiropractors to Dr. Lo and over the course of a few appointments, he completely relieved my back pain that my previous chiropractor had been unable to achieve and had actually made it worse. Over the years, I had been to 4 different chiropractors with very little success and had come to believe that that's all that could be done for me, until I met Dr. Lo. None of the others had the 12 different modalities that Dr. Lo has. They only used the standard manual adjustments and maybe 1 other modality. I never felt comfortable driving home from those appointments plus I could feel my back shifting back to the pain patterns before I got home. I ALWAYS feel much better driving home from seeing Dr. Lo. He knows exactly which modalities to use to help with my specific pains, and he will still use the standard manual modality if it is needed.
