I realized Dr. Murray was accepting my insurance and immediately scheduled an appointment with him. I was so enthusiastic about his work 10 years ago, I figured I would give it another shot. WOW! He is just as thorough, knowledgeable and caring as he was back in the old days. His practice has grown but he still takes the time to get to know my baseline, my lifestyle (which really coincides with my spinal health since I am a backpacking guide full time) and my needs. He takes the time to answer my questions, hear my concerns and provide feedback. With COVID, I am not bringing in the same amount of business and as a self employed small business owner, my budget is very tight this year. Him and his staff were so kind and compassionate about my situation and made sure to go above and beyond in helping me find a payment plan and solution so that I could receive the care I need to get my body back where It should be, without an enormous amount of stress about the financial side. They didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed when I brought up the need to discuss payment options. Every aspect of my return to Dr. Murray and his team have fully solidified that moving Chiropractic care even in the middle of an injury was the absolute best choice I could have made. Well, when I do that, it never goes to scheduling. Instead, it goes to voicemail. I left 3 different messages fir a call back so I could make an appointment and I NEVER got a call back after each message. Not good business practices. I found another provider who actually makes appointments.

He isn't pushy about frequent visits, which I love. He's also my first chiropractor who uses a vibration tool instead of 'cracking my neck.' This has worked really well for me & has allowed for less frequent visits! The staff is so cheerful, there are beautiful murals on the walls, and I've been feeling great seeing him for about a year now.

The doctors way of adjusting is having u crouch on the floor over some device and then he presses…read moredown on your neck for less then a second (didn't hear a sound of alignment) then has you sit in a big "zero gravity" chair laid back in a dimly lit room with a mini Himalayan salt lamp ...for over four hundred dollars because you pay per month not session. you learn no exercises my lower back pain was ignored not to mention there's a large teepee in the entrance that didn't serve any purpose when I went here. It was strange. It just seemed outrageous and didn't do anything after one session I seriously doubt that crouching on the floor with your head to one side and a gentle press down does anything. I went twice and during the first session he just talked to me he didn't explain that I wouldn't be on a table getting realigned. I felt like I was robbed after paying. There's nothing that could convince me to go back.
