I realized Dr. Murray was accepting my insurance and immediately scheduled an appointment with him. I was so enthusiastic about his work 10 years ago, I figured I would give it another shot. WOW! He is just as thorough, knowledgeable and caring as he was back in the old days. His practice has grown but he still takes the time to get to know my baseline, my lifestyle (which really coincides with my spinal health since I am a backpacking guide full time) and my needs. He takes the time to answer my questions, hear my concerns and provide feedback. With COVID, I am not bringing in the same amount of business and as a self employed small business owner, my budget is very tight this year. Him and his staff were so kind and compassionate about my situation and made sure to go above and beyond in helping me find a payment plan and solution so that I could receive the care I need to get my body back where It should be, without an enormous amount of stress about the financial side. They didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed when I brought up the need to discuss payment options. Every aspect of my return to Dr. Murray and his team have fully solidified that moving Chiropractic care even in the middle of an injury was the absolute best choice I could have made. I was complaining to the attending doctor about how much my back hurt and that I had just seen my (previous) chiropractor two days in a row and it was still hurting badly. I was not a patient of Dr. Lo at the time and he just happened to be standing there talking with the attending Sanexas doctor while I was complaining. Dr. Lo overheard my complaints and graciously offered to help me making sure he wasn't infringing on the other chiropractor's territory unless it was ok with me, noting that I was in a lot of pain right now. I was desperate to feel better so I took him up on his offer. Dr. Lo treated me and I felt quite a bit better immediately. I was very grateful for the welcome relief. I immediately switched chiropractors to Dr. Lo and over the course of a few appointments, he completely relieved my back pain that my previous chiropractor had been unable to achieve and had actually made it worse. Over the years, I had been to 4 different chiropractors with very little success and had come to believe that that's all that could be done for me, until I met Dr. Lo. None of the others had the 12 different modalities that Dr. Lo has. They only used the standard manual adjustments and maybe 1 other modality. I never felt comfortable driving home from those appointments plus I could feel my back shifting back to the pain patterns before I got home. I ALWAYS feel much better driving home from seeing Dr. Lo. He knows exactly which modalities to use to help with my specific pains, and he will still use the standard manual modality if it is needed. His treatments are long lasting and I will never switch chiropractors. In fact, today, I pleaded with him to never retire! His staff is wonderful, too! Everyone who works for him is friendly and pleasant and they make me feel right at home like I was family. I would give him and his staff 10 stars if I could!

Dr Hannah is a pediatric, prenatal,…read moreand family chiropractor, so not long after I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to see her. Plus, she came highly recommended by my friend who recently had a baby of her own! I've always been a fan of seeing a chiropractor as it's seemed to benefit me with alignment in some way each time. What Dr Hannah is helping me with is really to support my prenatal health in many ways. I see her ever-other week and she's explained that over the remaining 5.5 months of my pregnancy she'll address neuro-biomechanical tension of the uterus and pelvis in order to support optimal positioning, growth, and development of my baby, helping to decrease labor time and result in fewer interventions. Pretty cool if you ask me! She has also explained how these visits can help with pain and discomfort, nausea, reflux, indigestion, and a few other not-so fun symptoms that come along with pregnancy. I really appreciate the comfortable environment Dr Hannah has created within her practice. Not only is she really knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly, the space itself is super inviting.
