I've had chronic low back pain for years. It would flare up, and I could never point to a specific…read morereason why. Seeking answers, I recently had some visits with Ryan at Doctors of physical therapy. He pointed out that I had limited movement in my foot, and ankle (from an old ankle fracture) that contributed to my hip, and low back pain. He prescribed some therapy that I continue to do on my own, which has my eliminated my back pain. On the days it flairs up, I know what exercises to do to alleviate it. I highly recommend his services. The atmosphere at Doctors of physical therapy is welcoming, caring, and professional. Many thanks Ryan, Joan

AAAA+++++ To me what sets the difference between good…read morephysical therapy and outstanding physical therapy are the staff. There is a feeling that you get when you are in a great amount of pain that the staff here "gets it"! From the moment you walk through the front door you are greeted by the front end manager, Holly. She is not only professional but her kindness and caring is second to none. She is very sensitive to your needs. So important to any business having someone like her running the front end. Once you are sent back Ryan was the first Therpyist to evaluate me and started me with baby steps to get me out of the ten plus pain level I was in. Since breaking my back twice in my life and having several surgeries I am very protective of letting anyone touching my back. Example and lesson learned are that there are a lot of physical therapists out there and in several cases, I left being in worse shape then when I started. But, not here. This all has been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this Burlington location. You won't be sorry. Thank you Scott Broad

I visited this location on May 13, 2026. I had gone online and made an appointment to be seen for…read morea sinus infection. I arrived at my appointment time. They checked me in and took my co-pay of $35. Shortly after I sat down they told me that they were very behind due to multiple call off's and would have to take me over to Dr. Patel's office as he takes the urgent care "over flow" to help them out. When I was walked over to Dr. Patel's office, the receptionist asked me for a co-pay. I said "I already paid at the Urgent Care". Now, a month later, I received an EOB from my insurance company that I was billed as a new patient of Dr. Patel's and have a $95 balance for being seen. I called the billing at Aurora and told them that I was NOT a new patient of his and that my appointment was with the Urgent Care, not him and that I have my own doctor and never plan to see him again. As far as I am concerned, my insurance was fraudulently billed. They told me no, that because I agreed to see Dr. Patel I was obligated to pay what his fees were. The Urgent Care took my appointment, took my co-pay, mislead me into thinking I was going to a different Dr. as "over flow" and now I am stuck with paying $60 more. If they are not trustworthy enough to be open and honest about the situation, I really don't trust them to take care of me. Is this a scam to get the Doctor's in the same building new patients? Seems like it to me.
