    Dr. Rule has been our family dentist for years. Well-run and pleasant office. He's done an excellent job on all of our teeth for many years.

And yet,.. here is one more star/medal/prize: I came to Dr. Cooper for consultation about my old failing/failed implants. He took an X-Ray, then did a CT scan, shared his findings with recommendations, and gave me a referral to the oral surgeon/implantologist. How much do they usually charge you for a consultation + X-Ray + CT scan? I know the answer, been there, done that, and your answer is wrong: Dr. Cooper charged me $0,.. Nothing! Can you believe that? I don't want people to print this review and show it to him, "You charged this guy $0, and I want the same price", but I just can't help yelling from the roof of the world's tallest tower, "This Doctor/Dentist must be from another planet where humanity, kindness, compassion, and decency still exists!" And, of course, his staff is always "top notch", and I suspect that the staff usually mimic the doctor, and I learned that in my long life spanning apx. 3 generations. No, I don't want to claim that he is the only one in the World, but I am saying that I have never met the care and kindness of such highest level. Thank you Dr. Cooper and your staff!

    Can I give zero stars? I was a new patient. I came for my appointment and was immediately met with…read moreattitude, no "hello", nothing. Extremely rude behavior from either the dental assistant or receptionist. There was zero communication that I couldn't bring my children (plenty old enough to sit with their tablets). The dentist came, and said "how can we make this right" then immediately asked "so do you have someone to watch the kids". I have never been to any appointment where I was met with such ridiculously rude behavior. My children have attended many of my appointments for other medical needs. If you are ok with working with people who aren't the slightest bit willing to work with their patients, and be even slightly kind then this is the place for you! If you want to be met with basic respect, don't go. It's simple, and it makes a difference. Period. I'd like to update the review based on what would occur later BECAUSE I provided a transparent review. After I left this review, Ariata would then charge me $50 for a cancellation. The reason for me saying "I need to find a new dentist" and originally choosing to leave with my two children is I no longer felt safe. I couldn't in my right mind allow him to proceed with the appointment. When I saw the charge, I called to respectfully ask to reverse the charge and the dentist quite literally was yelling at me on the phone saying "I was going to do you a courtesy of walking out because of your circumstances BUT then I saw your review... f*** around and find out". I was appalled. This man was absolutely unhinged on the phone and accused me of things that never happened. He then began to insult me as a mother and accuse me of leaving my children unattended when, that never happened, and that was never something that I planned on happening. Ever. The "conversation" would continue to be him speaking aggressively and saying that he will not reverse the $50 charge. Throughout this conversation, my asks were very simple: please add clear communication to new patients and on your website that kids are not allowed in the office and second to please reverse the charge. That is it. Ultimately, it was an absolutely horrific experience and I write this to make others aware that if you attend or plan to attend this dentist office, please do so CAREFULLY.

    Ive never left a review for a dentist before but I had such a good time here at Ariata Dental. The…read moredentist is super kind and straight forward, it felt safe and clean in there. I appreciate they have high standards for care. I see other people's reviews and the negative ones have nothing to do with their practice/ services and seem to have more to do with their own personal lack of childcare I would disregard those comments. I had a wonderful time!!

I know my insurance and how it works. (Patient has to be on their roster prior too). Told me I was misleading with in my statements to her. ( What does that have to do with me requesting an appointment) As the conversation progressed I asked those two questions again. Told me that even if my insurance sent the request in I wouldn't be able to get an appointment till the end of January. ---- Please hire people who know how to listen and ask questions.     I have tried for almost a month to be scheduled since having to find a new dentist that accepts…read moreMedicare. First the receptionist, quite rude from the get go and was clearly disgusted when I indicated that my dental coverage was HMO, said I need my insurance to fax proof of eligibility PLUS call to add me to their roster, which is done once a month of which I had already missed this month so couldn't get in until Sept. It's early July when I started everything, plus I have early stage of periodontal disease so time is critical for me to be seen. I'm only needing to find a new dentist in my list of in network providers because my current dental office doesn't accept my new plan. I just currently went on Medicare. So I called my dental plan, they got me added to this roster and special approval to be included on this month's roster. I called to make the appointment and was told they never received a fax of eligibility. Who faxes these days?? It's the 21st century people!! So I again called my insurance who generously contacted this Grand Dentistry and was very rudely told "she wasn't going to do that, she wasn't going to go out of her way" when asked her to reach out to my insurance provider for this information the dental office claims is needed to make me a patient of theirs. I laughed with the insurance representative as I had this same rude treatment from this dental office and was happy to hear it wasn't just me. This office receptionist just lost this dental office my business as a possible patient, who has always paid my bills on site and never missed an appointment. VERY POOR customer service and also obviously predudice toward HMO patients. As if I'm as fault of what plan I'm provided through Medicare. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
