I could tell when he came into the room that he loves what he does and he really cares for his patients. I needed extensive work, and he explained everything that would happen. He constantly checked on my well-being. If I needed a break he stopped immediately which built my trust with him. His assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), but she was amazing too. She was careful, thorough, and helped alleviate my anxiety. I also appreciate that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I had an appointment. I was there a total of 3 visits. I highly recommend Dr. Singh & his assistant.

He said "It's perfect, it's made out of plastic and will not scratch your teeth". I wouldn't expect this from a brand new night guard I said and his response was "give me a break, you are being ridiculous. I'll give you your money back if you want". Because of his attitude, I said ok give my money back. He responded "I'm not going to give you your money back, sue me". Now how disrespectful is that? And he repeated multiple times, "you are being ridiculous". I had never had such an unprofessional dentist in my life. I left this place being humiliated and disrespected. And this was just a night guard. Imagine if it was a different procedure like a crown. Be aware, I don't recommend this place to anyone. He just lost two new clients.

Every appointment I had to take off of work to be there because there are no appointments after 4:00 and most appointments were extremely long, over 1.5 hrs, with very little regard for explaining what she is doing so I could be informed in the process. The Dr told me the front office could email me the referral for my root canal and when I talked to the office was just told "we don't email here" when I inquired more she said "we don't have the ability to email". I was expected to go by there and pick it up. They rarely answer the phone if you call and the front receptionist is kind 50% of the time. I will never return.

Refused to take them in that condition, so they tried repairing again, and brought them back with white staining all around the tooth she replaced, so it looked like I had stuff on my gums. Refused again, and then was informed "that their usual tech is on vacation and this is a temp tech thats been doing the repairs, and that if this time doesn't work, they will have me go to antioch location to have them fix it." This is a garbage way to run a business. If this wasn't covered under my warranty, id be even more upset. Hopefully they dont mess up the whole upper. Quality is horrible.

They pulled teeth, but there were many bits (spicules) of teeth still in my gum that had to work their way out, one of which did not and has left me in a ton of pain when I try to chew, not sure why they don't do a better job suctioning up the broken pieces. I've never experienced this with any other dentist, move onto the dentures. The first set literally took a left turn in my mouth, and then the second set wouldn't fit at all so I had them make a lower to match my already existing upper and unfortunately because I've still got pieces of tooth in my gum. It's excruciatingly painful to eat. 4500 bucks later...... do yourself a favor read the reviews, and go somewhere else.

Went in to get one of my two front teeth fixed. Mind you, the other front tooth had already been…read morechipped and fixed. The other now chipped for the first time. The dentist shaved down a bottom tooth even when I mentioned this was not the reason for the tooth chipping. Completely disregarded anything I had to say and spoke to me as if I was an uneducated child that couldn't comprehend the sorcery he was about to perform. Now, the shaved tooth is razor sharp. Having the other front tooth previously chip, the respective bottom tooth was not shaved down. My bottom teeth are uneven and the tooth is significantly smaller (both at the top and in the front, compliments of the "minor adjustment"), even though I was reassured it wouldn't be. The top tooth has once again chipped no more than a week later. The dentist stated he would be more "aggressive" if this were to happen. Since I went in with one tooth issue and left with two, I'm going to have to respectfully pass on this "aggressive" procedure. I was told the previous was minor so aggressive makes me fear what that procedure would hold in store for me. Stating this would have been the course of other dentists begs to question why my other tooth is still holding strong and the unnecessary requirement to shave down the bottom. Nearly identical scenarios, different dentists. I now have two issues plaguing me daily as a result of this visit. As I was trying to gather myself in my car, upset about my uneven and smaller bottom tooth, along with the top. The dentist knocked on my window, having followed me to my car to only again state that I probably couldn't understand what was done. It was very uncomfortable to have him follow me into the parking lot and confront me. Demeaning to say the least and insulting to my intelligence. Maybe, I don't fully understand his profession but to speak to someone as if they are ignorant or brainless was very unprofessional. I would not want to step foot in there again. Passive aggressive comments about people's intelligence compared to your superior intellect is not cool. Lastly, it took several calls before the office got back to me. @
