He said "It's perfect, it's made out of plastic and will not scratch your teeth". I wouldn't expect this from a brand new night guard I said and his response was "give me a break, you are being ridiculous. I'll give you your money back if you want". Because of his attitude, I said ok give my money back. He responded "I'm not going to give you your money back, sue me". Now how disrespectful is that? And he repeated multiple times, "you are being ridiculous". I had never had such an unprofessional dentist in my life. I left this place being humiliated and disrespected. That being said and this being my second time here I really need to say that its been quite pleasant. My first visit was because i had a broken tooth. I thought I'd need a crown. Dr was honest (as I'm a new patient after having insurance issues with my life long dentist) enough to tell me NOT to do a crown.
