I could tell when he came into the room that he loves what he does and he really cares for his patients. I needed extensive work, and he explained everything that would happen. He constantly checked on my well-being. If I needed a break he stopped immediately which built my trust with him. His assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), but she was amazing too. She was careful, thorough, and helped alleviate my anxiety. I also appreciate that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I had an appointment. I was there a total of 3 visits. I highly recommend Dr. Singh & his assistant.

I've got a lot of anxiety about the dentist at this point, but the staff here made me feel confident. They really took their time checking me out, and they did it very gently. After confirming some information from a previous specialist I've seen, We're ready to move forward with a treatment that should improve my situation, and do it at a price point I can manage. The office is very nice. It's got relaxing views and even binoculars for bird watching to help those waiting to kill time. I'll update in the future after everything is done!

The same could be said for his assistant and dental hygienist. However, almost every single experience with the receptionist staff has been undeservingly toxic, whether by phone or in person. I've never experienced anything like it before and I have observed it done to other patients. It bothers me when people are unnecessarily mean to others, so I did build up the courage to address it with Dr. Sanai directly, as I feel it negatively affects his patients and his business. He was aware of the problem and seemed receptive and apologetic. Today I returned a call from the office about an upcoming appointment that was canceled, according to the receptionist (to reschedule) and I was hung up on a total of 6 times, after I identified myself. They were not experiencing phone issues. When I explained that I was seeking an unbiased second opinion, they insisted on receiving my previous consultation record from an out-of-network provider. This requirement was completely unreasonable, especially considering the short timeframe of a bit over 48 hours between their request and my scheduled appointment. Despite my explanation, they remained inflexible and even charged a $100 fee. When I attempted to discuss this further, they abruptly ended the conversation, hanging up the phone with the rude comment, "You do not seem to like our office practices" and hung up the pone!!! I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking a second opinion to avoid this place at all costs. Their unprofessional behavior and unreasonable demands are unacceptable. I am adding this review on Friday, November 22nd, at 11:48 AM, with my appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 2:00 PM. Every appointment I had to take off of work to be there because there are no appointments after 4:00 and most appointments were extremely long, over 1.5 hrs, with very little regard for explaining what she is doing so I could be informed in the process. The Dr told me the front office could email me the referral for my root canal and when I talked to the office was just told "we don't email here" when I inquired more she said "we don't have the ability to email". I was expected to go by there and pick it up. They rarely answer the phone if you call and the front receptionist is kind 50% of the time. I will never return.
