Aside from being: friendly, funny, warm, patient, and informative, Dr. McClenahan is relaxed as he's working which puts you the patient in a state of ease/relaxation. I had tooth #19 (bottom molar) extracted to prep a future implant today, and I walked out of the office feeling better than I did walking-in. No exaggeration. How's this even possible? I almost fell asleep in the chair during this procedure. Lol. I was eating, shopping, and back to work within 30 minutes of leaving his office without the slightest bit of discomfort or pain during or post procedure. They would tell me that the Maryland Bridge is outdated. Nobody uses that technology anymore, everybody uses implants now . The west coast is ALL about implants. They'll try to tap into your insecurities to persuade you into changing your mind. It's truly surprising how relentless they are. My bridge came out and no one would offer a solution to what I wanted. It was ALL about what they wanted and how they felt about it. It doesn't matter if I go to Beverly Hills, Encino, Venice, the valley, 5 star ratings and reviews, THEY ALL SUCK! Almost $1000 later, a tore up mouth from the new "stay plate" (that didn't stay in my mouth) made by another new dentist, feeling discourage, upset, and mad over every LA dentists pushing implants that would cost me 10k. I got on a plane from LAX and came here to finally get my teeth fixed by professionals!! I can't thank Dr. Michelle Singapori enough for fixing my HUGE problem! I was out of my network for health insurance but they made it really affordable for me. I paid less out of pocket at Dr Singapori office to fix me, then being in network in LA and paying to see new dentists to help me fix my problem. If I was my insurance I would pay them. Poor practices regarding work, records-release, and general honesty…read more Rude staff makes it very evident that they don't want to provide requested records, when they do send them it is partial. When requested a second time to send complete records they do not comply and send piece by piece, resulting in unnecessary back and forth due to their incompetence and VERY evidently bad attitude. They make it difficult for the client to practice their lawful right of having access to healthcare records which have already been paid for via service requested in the first place. Dental work is very poor, my tooth was left sharp and jagged, and unable to be flossed. Upon 2nd correction the other dentist in the facility had terrible things to say about the work provided by their associate. After 3 times it was never fully corrected by them. Pricing changes based on the staffs mood, unlike other dentists that provide up-front pricing irrelevant of insurance and mood. The staff gets very defensive because they cannot provide legitimate answers, they are inconsistent and dishonest.

Think about that for a minute, the office retains my personal records regarding my dental care and they want me to pay $100 to retrieve my information to bring to my new dentist. No thanks.
