The man at the Prescott location had an air of arrogance about him with not wanting to give us a day pass simply because he didn't want to take the time to set it up. His workout was clearly more important than the acquisition of new members and assisting them in any way. He quite literally told us to go to the YMCA (which we did) and had a wonderful workout with far better employees. Some hospitality training should be given to the gentleman at snap fitness. His laughter was also wonderful. His passing was both a personal and professional loss. And the gym has suffered greatly since he is no longer present. Seat cushions are torn and not repaired. Dust bunnies everywhere. The equipment wanders about and bumps other devices. A 'new' remodel is taking forever! Many of the cardio classes have been suspended with absolutely no concern given to the long time members who wanted those classes. Management's response is, "Go to P.V." This gym was number one in Chino Valley 2 1/2 years ago... Jonathan must be rolling over in dismay at the decline of proper care. What a loss...

I was then told I would have to return for my physical after I did my testing and bloodwork which I also did. When I returned I had my physical paid a copay and all seemed well. The following year I went back for my physical and again had a copay which I paid that day. I went for testing bloodwork etc... then About a month ago I received a bill. I was confused on what I owed so I called the number on the bill multiple times and never received a call back I also called the office and they took messages for billing. Finally I received a call stating that I was paying for something from almost a year ago! I don't remember any outstanding bills being mentioned when I visited before?!? I have decided to move myself to a place that doesn't have an extra fee to establish and then has a mixed up billing system run by people who won't communicate. I have excellent insurance and have always paid my bills on time. The practice seems ok, nothing special but the billing system is very concerning as well as the extra fee. I didn't see that I received any type of special service that warranted an extra fee.

They took another payment for November! No cards to enter the building, signed a form on September 10th, 2024, yet they keep taking payments. Person at facility stated that we had received money off, Yet, no money off and wife had paid for one on one packages that hadn't expired! Talk about a joke! They owe us money, yet they keep taking funds out of my account? I called my bank, gave them dates, discussions and information of this slow, corrupt institution! For Physical Training, people need to go to "Planet Fitness"! Farther drive for people in small towns, yet being a Combat Veteran, they don't screw you at every turn! I cancelled with my bank, I will pro sue legal if necessary. I have dates, times and discussions with Snap Fitness and will be given a deposition to the Yavapai Courthouse when one employee doesn't give the same response as another. Stop payment in place, if needed, I will also get a refund from the One-On-One prior paid for wife and instructor fee(s). I'm tired of being screwed by small companies!!! We haven't been to this establishment in six months due to drive and VA appointments, yet they always take more than their fair share! Please go to "Planet Fitness", small companies only screw you in the long run!
