Cal and my #1 concern, seriously, was that there was no OrangeTheory Fitness less than 2 hours away which had been my gym for 3 years, even through pandemic lockdown we were in the parking lot. Well I'm happy to say I found my gym and more importantly I found one w/ awesome staff that helps motivate and instruct me in doing everything Correctly & Safely. The staff, Amber & Candi are the best and the gym is always clean & Very well maintained. Another plus, all the ladies in my 9am Team Workout class are very nice and I look forward to my Base, Burn & Build classes on M/W/F each & every week. Even going in on the weekend when there's no one really around is very peaceful and a great way to get caught up on podcasts with all the best equipment! I HIGHLY recommend this gym & this location!!!

The manager had just gotten there and refused to give us a day pass because he was just in "to get a quick workout in" it was clear to me that he had no intention of doing his job of assisting my friend and I. We had zero issues getting a day pass at the Sedona location with far friendlier employees. The man at the Prescott location had an air of arrogance about him with not wanting to give us a day pass simply because he didn't want to take the time to set it up. His workout was clearly more important than the acquisition of new members and assisting them in any way. He quite literally told us to go to the YMCA (which we did) and had a wonderful workout with far better employees. Some hospitality training should be given to the gentleman at snap fitness. He should work out his ability to interact with people instead of a half ass lunch workout. 0/10 :) good luck!

My boy who is 11, likes to swim in the deep area, he did have to take a swim test his first time to make sure he can swim in that area, once he passed, they made him wear and orange bracelet, now anytime we go, we just tell a lifeguard he passed and they're ok with him just grabbing a bracelet and putting it on every time, no need to take test again. When we would go, on weekends, water slide doesn't open till 11, overall this is a convenient place to go when you feel like swimming. With it being indoors though, the chlorine smell is strong, but tolerable. The lifeguards are very nice as well.
