He was even the guy who trained special forces operatives! Previously in NJ, his boxers became the NJ golden gloves and diamond gloves champions. As tough as he is, he's a super nice guy who takes a personal interest in everyone who comes to the gym. If you are strictly looking for fitness boxing, he can show you workouts that will leave you struggling to move the next day. If you are looking for defensive skills, he can teach you everything from the very basics, to the skills necessary to be an Olympic or UFC fighter, which he's coached. Jarek is an extremely classy guy who has the ability to bring out the best in you. Everything starts with safety here, and the classes are even good for children (no contact allowed) He offers private training for those who prefer them. Priced are less than half of what other world class trainers charge. I highly recommend Jarek.

This mindset has really helped me stay consistent and build muscle. The works out vary from day to day. I don't think there has ever been a repeat of the same exact workout since I started. I also love the people that go to the gym. Part of the reason I joined is because I was new to town and wanted to make friends and I really feel like I'm building those relationships while there. The other trainers Taylor and Dre are also just as amazing. They are friendly and really know how to make class fun. Workouts are intense but worth it. With the smaller class sizes, the teachers take the time to get to know each person, make recommendations for adjustment to maximize your workout and minimize creating potential injuries. I've tried other studios with larger class sizes and have found that the workout results were hit or miss, however at Soar, I get a great workout every time. You know it's a good workout when you can feel muscles you didn't know you had for a day or two after - and I love it! Great for any age, or any skill level.

We're not members but come for their pool 1-3x a year, it's never been crowded every time we have…read moregone. Which is nice!! It's around $15 for my son and I to and swim, I like that they have a family room where you can store your things in lockers, they have bathrooms w/showers in the family room, I still bring all my belongings out in the pool area, you can bring your own snacks which is convenient. My boy who is 11, likes to swim in the deep area, he did have to take a swim test his first time to make sure he can swim in that area, once he passed, they made him wear and orange bracelet, now anytime we go, we just tell a lifeguard he passed and they're ok with him just grabbing a bracelet and putting it on every time, no need to take test again. When we would go, on weekends, water slide doesn't open till 11, overall this is a convenient place to go when you feel like swimming. With it being indoors though, the chlorine smell is strong, but tolerable. The lifeguards are very nice as well.

The heating/ventilation system is amazing, let alone all the extras including cold plunge tanks, phone charging and sanitizing stations, lockers, showers, filtered water dispenser, yoga gear for sale at super reasonable prices and so much more. All the teachers are very skilled and make the classes so enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
