With the smaller class sizes, the teachers take the time to get to know each person, make recommendations for adjustment to maximize your workout and minimize creating potential injuries. You know it's a good workout when you can feel muscles you didn't know you had for a day or two after - and I love it! Great for any age, or any skill level.

The facility is equipped with machines, and directions on them if you do not know how to use them, as well as a full wall of free weights. I would recommend this gym if you are on a budget, and would recommend it for any type of fitness goal.

They took another payment for November! No cards to enter the building, signed a form on September 10th, 2024, yet they keep taking payments. Person at facility stated that we had received money off, Yet, no money off and wife had paid for one on one packages that hadn't expired! Talk about a joke! They owe us money, yet they keep taking funds out of my account? I called my bank, gave them dates, discussions and information of this slow, corrupt institution! For Physical Training, people need to go to "Planet Fitness"! Farther drive for people in small towns, yet being a Combat Veteran, they don't screw you at every turn! Needless to say...18 months later and they're stuck with me! Through the time I've been there, the box has had lots of changes (class time changes, management, ownership), but one thing has stayed the same...the EXCELLENT coaching staff!!! The WODs, in my opinion, are excellent. They provide variety, challenge, and recovery to each person who comes in the door. The best thing about the workouts is that the coaches are there to support you...EVERY DAY! They answer questions and help when needed. They push and encourage during workouts. I don't know that the box could have a better team as far as coaching staff goes. Above the staff, I will have to say that the other gym members really make the place shine! Many a WOD I've been the last to complete, and here come my friends, who just finished their workout, to finish my workout with me! Exhausted, most likely, they still come back to help and encourage me to finish. They are the true definition of team, and I wouldn't be where I am today without them. I would encourage anyone who has left Captain recently to PLEASE give them another chance. This is a community business and they give back to our community. To support them would be to support excellence!! I also encourage anyone shopping around for a Crossfit box to come in and chat with Tony or Janine. You won't be disappointed!
