My parents were empty nesters, and childhood bedrooms had turned into storage units for endless amounts of clothing, and other items that had accumulated over the years. Denikka & Joshua Maly were energetic, and delightful to work with. They worked non-stop for 2 days, 8 hours each day, to help donate, dispose of and organize pretty much every item. It's not something I could have done by myself without taking a month off of work. They helped me go through an enormous amount of clothing, furniture, and old knickknacks, and sorted things into piles that were easy to keep track of. They also packed up some old china with great care and expertise. They even scheduled the local charity for a pickup! They were supportive, considerate, patient and fun throughout the entire time. At the end of it all, the formerly scary-cluttered house was perfectly organized. Old beds were broken down into mattresses and disassembled frames. We had many, many big garbage bags full of items - some for the landfill, some full of clothes to donate - a great deal of flattened cardboard, and all the old furniture cleaned and polished, gleaming, for the local charity.
