The (lady)? that originally waited on me was very nice until it came time to rotate my tires. My car is a 2015 mercedes 350glk. It is standard in every way. What blew thier minds is that the lug nuts are metric instead of SAE. This made them say that the car was EXOTIC, and they didn't want to work on this "THING". That thing cost about $40k new and am not embarrassed to drive it. Eventually, they agreed to rotate the tires, but treated me like I was thier toatl enemy. Fast forward 5000 miles. I was in the store shopping, and walked by the service department and saw that there were different people there. Seeing that, I made an appointment to have the oil changed and the tires rotated again. I told them that the car required Mobile one oil synthetic. That seemed to irritate them for some reason????? I reminded them that the lugs were metric, but the same as any other car. When I showed up to have the work done, who did I see? The same(lady)? that I had encountered the first time I was there. Obviously, she alerted the other workers that I was a problem, and that is when the so called "customer service" went out the window. When they got done with my car the guy was very somber and did not offer any type of personality. It was obvious to me that I was not welcomed there any further. They did not even put a new reminder sticker on my windshield. They were sending me a clear message that they did not want me or my THING to come back. Trust me, I won't. Their service bays are empty and it does not take a genius to see why. I would not go back, and I strongly suggest that anybody else does either. Hating your customers does not seem to be a good way to do business. Good luck with your empty shop and your ignorant bunch of assholes running it!!!!
