The vendor selection is large and most of the time you can get a good deal. I enjoyed seeing all the different vendors and purchasing some upgrades for my bike which were installed within 2 hours. Although we didn't plan on purchasing a new bike, my sister in law walked out the proud new owner of a Rocker C. The buying experience is a well oiled machine - she was in and out within 45 minutes. I've never purchased a bike or car that took less than 4 hours of endless haggling and massive amounts of paperwork. She told the sales guy what she was willing to pay and within 5 mins he came back and said he manager said it's a deal. Now that's a buying experience that all dealerships need to take note of. We are willing to drive 700 miles from home (KC) to purchase another bike based on her stellar experience.

I always receive help and very friendly treatment from all staff whether it's the parts dept, clothing and accessory dept. or motorcycle sales dept. I'm making sure when a new cycle purchase is going to be made it will be at Black Hills Harley Davidson nowhere else! So many of the staff come and talk to me and ask if I need help or not and if so, they will go and find or get me what i was looking for, I would like to name and thank the staff personally, but my memory stinks, however I'm sure they do know who they are and know how much I really do appreciate their help.
